Freestanding signs and taped/tied decorations are permitted. *All signs and decorations (including adhesives) must be removed prior to departure of room or fees will be applied. Music Low volume music or sound is permitted within the reserved room only and must not interfere with or disturb North Olmsted Parks & Recreation members or guests. Parking The main parking lot located in front of North Olmsted Parks & Recreation is the only lot available for room rental guests. Parking is not permitted on the grass, sidewalks, fire lane, or driveways leading in/out of the North Olmsted Parks & Recreation property. North Olmsted Parks & Recreation Indoor Tennis Courts Responsible for Reservations: North Olmsted Parks & Recreation Front Desk And Michael Tilenni, Aquatics Supervisor Court Reservation times: The indoor tennis courts at North Olmsted Parks & Recreation require a reservation for use. Tennis court reservation times can be obtained by either contacting the Front Desk at 440-734-8200 or Michael Tilenni in the at 440-716-4248. Court reservations are available Monday through Friday from 6:00AM to 10:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00AM to 9:00 PM. Reservation Information: When setting up a tennis court reservation, please include your name, address, a valid phone number, and the reservation date and time you are requesting. If you want to take advantage of the senior (55 years and older), you must indicate that at the time of reserving. Note: Open court reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance; however, anyone who wants to take advantage of the Senior court rate can only reserve a tennis court up to 3 days in advance. Payment: Payment of tennis court reservations can be made by cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). When paying by check, make the check out to: NORTH OLMSTED PARKS & RECREATION. Please include a valid Phone Number. All reservation fees must be paid in full prior to your reserved court time. Anyone caught playing past their scheduled reservation time will be charged an additional 30 minute court fee.

Indoor Tennis Court Rental Fees: Monday-Sunday $24.00 per hour for Residents (All Day) $32.00 per hour for Non-Residents Seniors (55 years and older) $17.00 per hour for Residents Monday-Sunday $22.00 per hour for Non-Residents (All Day) Court 1 Cancelling a Court Reservation: Tennis court reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Cancellations can be done in person or by calling the Recreation Center front desk staff and/or speaking to the tennis supervisor. Let the front desk and/or the tennis supervisor know your name and the date and time of your court reservation you are cancelling. Cancellation Fee: The cancellation fee is the reservation fee for the court. The tennis court cancellation fee will be charged to the participant who does not show up for their reserved court time or the participant does not cancel their reservation time 24 hours prior to their scheduled court time. Conflict or Issue Resolution In the case of a conflict or an issue regarding the tennis courts, please go to the Tennis Office or the Recreation Center Front Desk to find a supervisor. DO NOT disturb or confront any other players or instructors who are currently on the tennis courts. Absolutely NO ALCOHOL or DRUGS permitted in North Olmsted Parks & Recreation or any City owned Trash Please discard all water bottles, tennis ball containers (including tennis ball can pop tops), and any other items prior to departure of tennis courts. *NOTE: Metal pop-tops off of tennis ball cans are very sharp and can cause injury. Please discard them in the trash cans.

Locker Rooms The City of North Olmsted and the Recreation Department are not responsible for lost or stolen items!! Do not leave personal items unattended in the locker room at any time. Members and guests are strongly encouraged to secure their belongings in the lockers with their own lock. All personal locks must be removed at the end of each day. Please use caution while walking through any locker room. Floors are slippery when wet. Food, Gum, Beverages, and Glass items are prohibited in the locker room. For the privacy of others the use of cellphones, cameras, webcams, and other video devices while in the locker room is strictly prohibited. Court 2, Court 1 North Olmsted Parks & Recreation Pavilion, Shelter and Gazebo Reservations Responsible for Reservations: Colin Kilbane, Sport Supervisor Reserving a Pavilion, Shelter, or the Gazebo Pavilions, Shelters, and the Gazebo are available for reservation Monday Sunday from 8:00AM to 9:00PM (except for Recreation Complex Pool Shelter See Below). Reservations for the Pavilions, Shelters, and the Gazebo can be made up to 60 days in advance. Individuals must be 21 years of age and older to reserve. **Reservations must be done in person at North Olmsted Parks & Recreation prior to date of use. ***Please allow at least 72 hours for extra picnic table requests. When setting up a reservation, please include the following information: - Full Name - Date and time for reservation - Address - Total number of people are included in the reservation - Valid phone number(s) - Amenities needed for the reservation (Extra Picnic Tables Etc.)

This request must be indicated at the time of reservation and within 72 hours prior to rental date to ensure availability. Absolutely NO ALCOHOL or DRUGS permitted in the North Olmsted Parks & Recreation or any City owned Decorations/Signs No decorations or signs are to be nailed, screwed, or stapled to any pavilion, gazebo, wall, post, picnic table, trees, park signs, etc. Freestanding signs and taped/tied decorations are permitted. *All signs and decorations (including adhesives) must be removed prior to departure. Music Low volume music or sound is permitted within the inside of the reserved pavilion, shelter, and/or gazebo only and must not interfere with or disturb park visitors or neighboring houses.

Parking Please park vehicles in the designated parking lot spaces. Parking on sidewalks and/or along the driveway leading in/out of the park property is prohibited. Water and Electricity Not all areas have water and/or electricity. In the facilities with electricity, please be aware that overloading outlets with too many items can result in a blown fuse. In areas where water lines exist, the water will be shut off from approximately November 1 st to May 1 st, in order to avoid freezing pipes. For non-emergencies, call the North Olmsted Recreation Center at 440-734-8200 Barton Bradley Park Pavilion Clague Park Pavilion N.O. Recreation Pool Shelter N.O. Park Gazebo N.O. Park Community Council Pavilion North Olmsted Parks & Recreation Ice Rink Reservations Responsible for Reservations: Betsy Drenski, Recreation Commissioner Reserving an Ice Rink Email Ice Rink reservation requests to the Recreation Commissioner, Betsy Drenski at drenskib@northolmsted.com. Rink reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis after learn to skate programs and contracted user groups. Individuals must be 21 years of age and older to reserve a rink. Rink Amenities North Olmsted Parks & Recreation can supply hockey goals and the use of the sound system (main rink only) for no additional charge. North Olmsted Parks & Recreation does NOT supply pucks!! *If the goals are used on the studio rink, they must be returned to their box at the end of the reservation time. Reservation Fees Rink reservation fees vary depending on the rink being reserved. Please be sure to give specific information when reserving a rink in order to best accommodate your needs. - The Main Rink reservation fee is $165.00 an hour (All year round rate) - The Studio Rink reservation fee is $55.00 an hour (All year round rate) - Skate Rental is available for $2.50 per rental. N.O. Park Playground Pavilion NOTE: Ice Cuts are scheduled as much as possible, however, they are not guaranteed at any time on the Studio Rink.

Cancelling a Rink Reservation: North Olmsted Parks & Recreation require a 48 hour notice on all rink cancellations. If the 48 hour notice is not given, you will be charged for the ice reserved! If you make several reservations in advanced, you are required to pay for the month in advanced. i.e., June reservation fees are due in May; July reservation fees are due in June, and so on. Specific situations/contracts will abide by the agreement made at the time of reservation as they may vary. Rink Usage All rink doors must be closed at all times while in use. No pushing, tripping, boarding, or horse play of any kind (non-hockey reservations). Absolutely NO ALCOHOL or DRUGS permitted in North Olmsted Parks & Recreation or any City owned Music The music volume and the sound system are controlled by the staff North Olmsted Parks & Recreation. NO ONE is to touch the sound system at any time unless given the approval of North Olmsted Parks & Recreation. Parking The main parking lot located in front of North Olmsted Parks & Recreation is the only lot available for rink rental guests. Parking is not permitted on the grass, sidewalks, fire lane, or driveways leading in/out of the NORTH OLMSTED PARKS & RECREATION property. Main Rink Studio Rink North Olmsted Parks & Recreation Athletic Field Reservations Responsible for Reservations: Colin Kilbane, Sport Supervisor Reserving an Athletic Field The City of North Olmsted offers reservation opportunities for Baseball/Softball Diamonds, Sand Volleyball Courts, Soccer fields, and a Football Field. Email all athletic field reservation requests to the Sport Supervisor, Colin Kilbane at kilbanec@north-olmsted.com. Field reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis. All athletic fields require a permit for practice and game use. Individuals must be 21 years of age and older to reserve a field. The following information is needed when setting up a reservation for an athletic field: - Full Name - Date and time for reservation - Address - Total number of people/teams are included in the reservation - Valid phone number(s) - Amenities needed for the reservation (Field Lining, Bases, Etc.) Reservation Fees Field permit fees vary depending on the field being reserved and amenities being requested. Please make sure you get specific information when reserving an athletic field in order to best accommodate their needs.

Field Lining and Preparation For an additional fee, the athletic fields can be prepped and lined for an organized event. All field lining requests must be done at the time of permit application. We require a minimum of 7 days notice for athletic field lining. (North Olmsted Parks & Recreation is not responsible for the weather and will do everything in our control to fulfill lining requests). North Olmsted Parks & Recreation and NOSO are responsible for the preparation of all city owned athletic fields ONLY! No one renting the fields is to prep or work on any city owned fields without prior written consent from North Olmsted Parks & Recreation. Anyone violating this regulation will be fined for damages caused to the fields. Field Locations The athletic fields for reservation are located at North Olmsted Park, 28114 Lorain Road, Clague Park: located on Clague Road between Lorain Road and Westwood (North of Lorain and South of Westwood) and Barton Bradley Park: located at the intersection of Barton and Bradley roads. Cancelling Athletic Field Reservations: North Olmsted Parks & Recreation require a 24 hour notice of all athletic field cancellations. If the 24 hour notice is not given, you will be charged for the reserved field time and prep work! Game Officials North Olmsted Parks & Recreation is not responsible for providing game officials for athletic field rentals. Any rental with wishes to have game officials must obtain them on their own. Absolutely NO ALCOHOL or DRUGS permitted at North Olmsted Parks & Recreation or any City owned facility. Anyone found with alcohol or drugs in the indoor tennis court area will be asked to leave the facility Decorations/Signs No decorations or signs are to be nailed, screwed, or stapled to any dugout, pavilion, gazebo, picnic table, benches, trees, park signs, etc. Freestanding signs and taped/tied decorations are permitted. *All signs and decorations (including adhesives) must be removed prior to departure. The aquatic facility can be reserved for individual, group, or private events. All reservations must be done in person with the Aquatics Program Supervisor, Michael Tilenni at North Olmsted Parks & Recreation. Individuals must be 21 years of age and older to reserve. The following information is needed when setting up a reservation: - Their Name - Reserving Lane(s), Half or Whole Pool - Address - Total number of people are included in the reservation - Valid phone number - Amenities needed for the reservation - Date and time for reservation * Pool reservations must be made 30 days in advanced unless approved by the Aquatic Program Supervisor.

If the 24 hour notice is not given, you will be charged for the reserved time! Absolutely NO ALCOHOL or DRUGS permitted in North Olmsted Parks & Recreation or any City owned Decorations/Signs No decorations or signs are to be nailed, screwed, or stapled to any wall, table, chair, bleachers, or doors.
