Whether you would like to hire a meeting room for an hour or host a conference, we provide the essential facilities and services that you need. Our Chichester and Bognor Regis venues are halfway between Portsmouth and Brighton on the south coast and only an hour from London, with good rail and road links. You will find everything that you need on site, including catering and, from mid-june to September, residential accommodation. Both venues feature historic buildings alongside contemporary architecture. The recentlyrefurbished Dome building on the Bognor Regis Campus epitomises the blend of history and modernity that runs throughout the University; the building retains its classical Georgian architecture on the exterior, but houses a state-of-the-art business school. Our Chichester venue is a short walk from the centre of the vibrant cathedral city that features a dynamic cultural and artistic scene. Entertainment options include theatres, art galleries, and restaurants. Our seaside venue in Bognor Regis is only a five-minute walk to the beach. Essential facilities in pleasant surroundings. Residential and day conferences The essential requirements for your successful event. Our aim is to provide you with a hassle-free event organisation experience. Choice of conference spaces We offer a range of meeting, seminar, and networking rooms, all equipped with the requisite IT equipment. And some of our spaces are little bit different. Choose from our dance, performance and music studios, theatre-style ShowRoom, modern Chapel, Sports Hall, lecture theatres, dining halls, and bars. Catering Our on-site caterers offer a choice of menu options, from working lunches to three-course meals, and can cater for special diets by arrangement. Meetings Residential accommodation From mid-june to September, we offer a variety of residential accommodation in single study bedrooms. Choose from En-Suite bedrooms or Standard bedrooms with shared bathroom/shower facilities. Delegates at our Chichester venue also have the choice of fourbedroom houses with shared facilities near the venue, and budget rooms with shared facilities approximately 10-minutes walk away. All of our rooms include tea and coffee-making facilities and an English or continental breakfast served in the nearby Otters Restaurant. Quality in Tourism inspect our rooms annually Tourism under their Campus Accommodation Star Rating Scheme. We currently have a 3-Star rating for our En-Suite rooms and a 2-Star rating for the Standard rooms. Access Our venues provide access for delegates with impaired mobility. Accessible residential accommodation and facilities are available on request and meet the Visit England M1 to M3 rating. Space for your ideas to breathe. Sometimes you need a different space to help your team to think outside of the box, some meetings need to take place away from the office, or perhaps you are a small business who only needs a formal meeting space from time to time. Our range of meeting spaces include networking rooms, lecture theatres, and boardrooms, all with the flexibility of an hourly, half-day, or full-day rate. Check availability Would you like to hold a hassle-free event at one of our campuses? We will invite you to come and take a look at the venue and to discuss what you need for your event. Once we have agreed the quotation, we will keep in contact throughout the planning process including a final meeting prior to the event.
