Internally, this holiday apartment is well equipped and comfortably furnished. Double g lazing and g as central heating provide creature comforts whatever the weather. Outside you have the added advantag e of a patio area with table and chairs (with views of Falmouth Bay) and ample parking. Falmouth town offers g ood sh oppin g facilities, ample bars, retsaurants and eating establishments. The Ships and Castles Leisure centre (with swimming pool and fitness studio) is about one minutes walk. Castle Beach can be reached in a minute on foot and Gyllyng vase beach in just a few min utes.

A work top houses a dishwasher, fridg e with a freezer compartmen t, combin ation microwave/ oven, with electric two ring hob and a sing le drainer, stainless steel sink. Utility Room is located in one corner of the g arag e (used by the first floor flat). However, th e utility area, comprising of a stainless steel sink unit, washing machine and an iron and ironing board, is for tenants sole use. There is ample room for drying outdoor clothes and sailing g ear. Bedroom comprises a double bed, a fitted storag e cupboard and a fitted wardrobe. There are bedside tables and a dressin g table/ch est of drawers. Colour TV. A door leads to Bathroom comprises of a white bath with pressure shower, wash hand basin and W C. Shaver point. The walls are tiled with white tiles and the radiator automatically heats up when the hot water is turned on at the boiler, hence providing heat for the towel rail. The harbour is the third deepest natural harbour in the world and is famous for its sailing waters. The National Maritime Museum Cornwall on the Events Square, Rick Steins Seafood Restaurant and Fish & Chip shop are less than a ten minute walk away. Access to the seafront can be via the private close or via 52 steps, that are in 6 sets of 7. Gylly Beach cafe is a beautiful ten minute stroll along the beach and rocks at low tide, or from the pavement above with interesting coastal plants and stunning sea views. At that stage we will have collated the owner's own holiday dates and we will be in a position to ask you to confirm your reservation and pay a 30% deposit. The balance will then be due 28 days before your holiday start date. Most of the Cornish Holiday Cottages are second homes and therefore we tend to know the owner's patterns, so we will inform you immediately if we think you are unlikely to be offered your chosen week. How to check availability Our online booking system is current to the minute, so please check online to see if your desired holiday home is available or call/email us, if you prefer. Short Breaks The majority of holiday cottages within our portfolio are open for short breaks from October to Easter. The short break tariff is generally calculated at 70% of the weekly tariff for 4 nights or less, 80% for 5 or 90% for 6 nights. (Please note that we reserve the right to consult the property owner before confirming a short break How to Book (Booking is quick, easy and secure) 1. Make an online/verbal/written provisional booking. 2. To secure the booking please pay the 30% deposit, or the full rental if the booking commences within 28 days. 3. The balance is due 28 days before arrival. Reminders are not sent, but we will notify you at the time of booking, the due date for your balance. If you pay by card we will debit your card automatically on this date, so please make a note of it. 4. On receipt of the balance payment, a confirmation letter, the joining instructions and directions to the property will be sent to you. 5. Finally, turn up, kick back, relax and have a great time.
