2018 Events- Rates given are per person. Special additions are available for some weekends. Please read description carefully. Descriptions of Unit Camping vs. St. Noel Center Lodging can be found on our website under the About Us tab by selecting the Our Facilities page. Maple Sugarin Weekend: March 3-4, 2018 Maple syrup-making is an ancient, time-honored tradition. In the late winter months, maple trees begin their process of releasing a sugary, mineral rich sap and Camp s syrup harvesters become busy tapping these trees for their flavorful rewards. Find out how sweet a learning adventure can be as you learn to tap trees and discover the secrets of the lost art of home maple syrup production. Stay in a private room in St. Noel Conference Center. All meals on Saturday are provided as well as Breakfast on Sunday. We will guide you through the harvesting process from tapping to tasting, all while enjoying Camp in the early spring, taking leisurely hikes, and telling stories around the fire box as we boil down the sap we collect throughout the weekend. Everyone will go home with great memories and their very own bottle of Ondessonk Maple Syrup to enjoy. A perfect weekend for adults and couples. Age 3 and under are free! No shirt or additional activities available. Add a Friday night stay at St. Noel for an additional $50.00 per family (room rate). Registration Deadline: February 22.
