The Serbian Mister of health Prof. Dr. Tomica Milosavljevic welcomed itiative supported by EU. He poted out that health system Serbia was improved after reforms were implemented, notg that process of reform is still progress. This year accordg to mister re will be a new method of fi nancg PHC. The Mister said that strengng preventive activities that are performed PHC is more necessary than ever before. managers PHC contribute to furr improvement and development of whole health system of Serbia. She added that EU supported establishment of Association and believes that vestg managerial skills and education The project team provided technical and organizational support to establishment of Association. Change Management Trag for management Primary Health Care Change Management will be held on 8 th, 9 th, 10 th, 11 th, 12 th and 16 th of February. Management teams from Dom zdravlja s cluded project are vitg at semars. The semar is accredited by Program Council for Contug Education, Faculty of Medice, University of at meetg held on 19 th January 2010. The accreditation of semars by National Health Council of is process. The aim of semar is that students understand change management and to ensure effective conduct of organization durg implementation of changes.
