PART II: IDENTIFICATION OF SKILLS GAP In the region of Deza we have identified the following weaknesses: 1. Lack of existing cultural routes by the local population. 2. Limited development of tourism in the region. 3. Little importance in the tourism sector. 4. Poor training of staff working in tourism in the region. 5. Lack of knowledge of foreign languages and communication skills. 6. There is great need for coordination of tourism promotion on a regional scale between municipalities and institutions supra. 7. Lack of knowledge about the possibilities of having institutional support (from the European, regional and state) for the development of tourism, hotel, restaurant, etc. 8. Need for recovery and ancient signaling pathways, and the assets and ethnographic studies in its tracks, now almost forgotten.
