G E N E R A L I N F O R M A T I O N Insurance: organizer of the competition will not be held responsible for all legal and financial issues regarding health of competitors and other participants regardless of age, gender or category before, during or after this competition Competition regulations: Serbian U17 International Novi Sad 2018 will be conducted under the BWF General Competition Regulations and in accordance with the regulations of the Badminton Europe U17 Circuit Regulations Clothing and advertising: Serbian U17 International Novi Sad 2018 will be conducted according to the BWF General Competition Regulations 19-23 on advertising and clothing and according to the BEC U17 Circuit Regulations on clothing Visa application process: after entering a player(s) in the tournament it is the Member Association's responsibility to secure visas for their players if this is needed; Member Association s must make sure that visa applications are made early enough; Badminton Association of Serbia will provide Official Invitation Letter if this is needed
G E N E R A L I N F O R M A T I O N Important remark I: Member Association who has entered the player/pair into BEC U17 Circuit Tournament is responsible for paying the entry fees for that player/pair; the entry fees become due if a player is entered and has not been withdrawn when the entry deadline passes (has to be paid by bank transfer or cash) Important remark II: it is required that every event in a particular BEC U17 Circuit tournament has at least 8 competitors (i.e. actual competitors, not merely entries); if the required number of competitors is not met, this particular event shall not count towards any ranking; in accordance with regulation 10.4 in Appendix 6 to BWF s General Competition Regulations, an event must contain at least one entry from a Member Association other than the hosting Association; if an event does not contain at least one entry from a Member Association other than the hosting Association, this particular event shall not count towards any ranking; BEC is not liable for any costs incurred by third persons (players, coaches, umpires, team managers etc.) because of an event not having enough competitors to count for the rankings Important remark III: competition schedule will be made after the draw; the maximum number of matches allowed per day will be in accordance with article 6.1.5 of BEC U17 Circuit Regulations; a maximum of 3 rounds per event, per day are allowed to be played in the tournament
