1 MEMBER USER GUIDE ANNEX C CLUB REGINA MEMBERSHIP (VOC)
2 THE BASICS Y ou have chosen a Membership that allows you to make reservations at the three Club Regina resorts in Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, and Los Cabos. As a Club Regina Member, you have access to Raintree Rentals. You can also deposit your Club Regina week into a current RCI account if you so choose; please note that an RCI account does not come included with your Membership. HOW IT WORKS C lub Regina (VOC) Memberships are divided into three seasonal categories: Holiday, Prime, and Select. As a Club Regina Member, you also have the ability to split your week and/or unit into multiple reservations that may be used consecutively or on different dates. Depending on which type of Club Regina Membership you chose, you will receive a usage week either every year or every other year. As a Club Regina Member, you may gift vacations to both friends and family at no additional charge. You may also request unit upgrades (standard Member policies and terms apply). Each use year, your Maintenance Fee will be billed in October and due in January of the next use year. VOC MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES HOLIDAY: This category allows Members to book during any week of the year, including the five holiday weeks: Holy Week, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. PRIME: This category allows Members to book during any week of the year except holiday weeks. SELECT: This category allows Members to book during seventeen weeks in the off-season, which includes the months of May, June, September, and October.
3 SPLITTING WEEKS & UNITS W hen splitting your week, you have two options. Whichever you select, you must contact us and request to use this feature. Please note that you cannot split your week if you make a reservation during Weeks 26-34. Also, for both options, only one of the stays can be on a weekend (Friday or Saturday). SPLITTING WEEKS OPTION 1: 4 nights / 3 nights OPTION 2: 3 nights / 4 nights When splitting your unit, you also have two options. SPLITTING UNITS OPTION 1: Split a one-bedroom unit into a studio unit and a hotel unit. OPTION 2: Split a two-bedroom unit into a one-bedroom unit and a hotel unit TERMS & LIMITATIONS As a Club Regina (VOC) Member, please keep the following terms and limitations in mind: Before you make a reservation with Raintree Vacation Club, your Maintenance Fee payments must be current. You can make a reservation as early as 365 days before your check-in date. You can make a reservation using Raintree Rentals eighty-nine days before your check-in date.
4 The same timeframes and penalty fees apply if you decide to deposit your week into RCI. However, please note that RCI may deny reservation requests made later than sixty days before your check-in date. In order to deposit your week into RCI, you must have an active RCI account. You are responsible for paying your own RCI membership fees. If you make a reservation at one of the three Club Regina resorts, your check-in day will always be Saturday unless you are splitting your week, in which case your weekday check-in will be on a Tuesday. You do not have the ability to borrow weeks from future use years. CLUB REGINA CANCELLATION POLICY If you cancel your reservation Cancellation fee? Usage back? 90-365 days prior to check-in No 100% 30-89 days prior to check-in $100 100% 0-29 days prior to check-in* $150 Partial *For this timeframe, you may also avoid the $150 fee by forfeiting all of your Points. Upon paying the cancellation fee, you can choose either a four-night stay that falls on weekdays or a threenight stay that falls on a weekend. As a Member of Club Regina, your Maintenance Fees must be current for you to use your Club Regina Membership. Member reservations will be cancelled 10 days prior to check-in if there is a pending Maintenance Fee on the account.
