We have licences to hold civil ceremonies in a variety of rooms, including our newly licenced Pavilion. Not only do we have the perfect space for your wedding day, but we have a fabulous team of chefs and catering teams, stunning scenery for your photograph s, and years of wedding planning experience to share with you! Leicester Racecourse occupies a picturesque location of some 200 acres for your big day, whilst still located close to the city with great transport links and hotels. CIVIL CEREMONY... We have a number of beautiful rooms that have licenses for a civil ceremony. We have rooms ranging from a minimum of 30 guests, to a maximum of 300 guests. Owners Suite A small intimate room with a view of the race course. 40 guests. Club Suite With views looking across the track and direct access to the terrace. Maximum 100 guests. Pavilion An elegant room, with lots of natural light. Maximum 180 guests. Exhibition Hall Located below the Nelson Suite a large room with glass wall at one end. Maximum 300 guests. SELF HIRE WEDDINGS Leicester Racecourse has many of its event spaces available for self hire, and even our own Building The Kube! With spaces available for accommodating 550 guests including unlimited free car parking and the opportunity to provide your own catering. Hire of the Venue space from 8am to Midnight Club Room 60 to 100 guests Pavilion 80 to 150 guests Nelson Room 150 to 250 guests Kube 250 to 550 guests The Venue Hire price includes hire of your selected function space, free parking, clients can bring their own catering and staff teams, access to the allocated kitchen space, round tables, and banqueting chairs. *Your caterer accepted providing they possess up to date food hygiene certificates, public liability insurance and have has a local authority inspection of their own premises.
