Prospective buyers must make their own enquiries. Location The Rugby Portobello Centre occupies a fantastic seaside location in St Mary s Bay. The local town of New Romney, situated in the historic area of the Romney Marsh, is about 2 miles distant with a good range of shops and other facilities, including a supermarket. Directions From the M20 leave at Junction 11 and follow signs towards Hythe. On entering Hythe, bear right on to the A259 and continue along the coast road, passing through Dymchurch and St Mary s Bay. On leaving St Mary s Bay, continue past a large seafront car park and a pumping station on the left with green railings along Dymchurch Road. The entrance to the property will be found on the left, a short way before the turning to Coast Drive.
