Monthly Summary - December Overall, had a December occupancy of 46.6%, an ADR of $103.97, and a RevPAR of $49.06. These numbers represent a decrease of 0.1% in occupancy, an increase of 3.2% in ADR, and an increase of 3.4% in RevPAR versus December. The county has now had year-over-year RevPAR increases in 20 of the past 22 months. The is estimated to have sold around 4,800 more roomnights for this December than in. In, the sold approximately 3,828,000 roomnights and had an occupancy of 7, an ADR of $116.52, and a RevPAR of $82.68. Compared to, the area was up 1.7% in roomnights sold, 1.4% in occupancy, 3.4% in ADR, and 5.0% in RevPAR. The Peninsula led all submarkets in overall December occupancy (60.2%), ADR ($134.55), and RevPAR ($82.56). The area also led all submarkets in year-over-year increases in ADR (2.4%), and posted strong gains in both occupancy (8.2%) and RevPAR (11.2%). The Peninsula s RevPAR has now increased year-over-year in 22 of the past 23 months. In, the Peninsula sold approximately 959,000 roomnights and had an occupancy of 78.3%, an ADR of $156.13, and a RevPAR of $124.56. Compared to, the Peninsula was up 3.4% in roomnights sold, 3.7% in occupancy, 4.2% in ADR, and 8.2% in RevPAR. posted a December occupancy of 47.1%, an ADR of $78.79, and a RevPAR of $37.42. Year-over-year, s occupancy was down 1.6%, while ADR increased by 1.7% and RevPAR increased 0.2%. has now had year-over-year increases in ADR for 17 consecutive months and increases in RevPAR in 18 of the past 19 months. In, sold approximately 409,000 roomnights and had an occupancy of 71.0%, an ADR of $94.55, and a RevPAR of $68.62. Compared to, was up 1.9% in roomnights sold, 2.9% in occupancy, 4.7% in ADR, and in RevPAR. Area had a 39.0% occupancy rate, an $82.32 ADR, and a $32.83 RevPAR for December. These numbers represent losses of 13.4.3% in occupancy and 12.4% in RevPAR versus December ; ADR was up 0.7%.
