Sunday, June 10 th : During all the church services, each person will receive an insert with a photo collage of our team to pray over us. Please stand during the worship service you attend to participate in the prayer. By this day, June 10 th, Vidalis has received all forms. Payment transactions have reconciled our account re: airfare and hotel accommodations. Review and revisit the checklist of what to bring while you pack. As of today, May 30 th - we are needing payments. American Airlines, flight 1481, arriving at 2:29 pm to Santo Domingo. You are to be dropped off at the airport. We are not carpooling as a church group. You can arrange amongst you, but the church bus/church leadership will meet everyone at the airport. *Where? On upper level/departure- first door for American Airlines. Jim Morgan, Vidalis Lopez, and Phillip Short will be assigned spots to gather everyone. Arrive at 8 am.
ETA of arrival in Santo Domingo 2:29 pm (Monday, June 11) Transportation: A driver and bus has been contracted for our entire duration there. Henry is a trusted person of Pastor Daniel. The driver/ company the local church uses for all of their church outings, youth and children events. He will pick us up at the airport. We will check in the hotel. Where are we staying? Location of church site: Iglesia Metodista Libre Dominicana Ensanche LA FE, Distrito Nacional, Republica Dominicana Monday PM June 11 th : Dinner as a team at hotel or near hotel TBD pending on actual time of arrival. 7-8:30 pm: Team devotions & meeting. 9 pm: in rooms, minors not allowed to leave their rooms without permission and accompany of Vidalis Lopez.

Tuesday- Friday Framework 6:30 am breakfast in hotel 7:00 am depart to church 7:30 am morning devotions at church site 8:00 am work begins 11:30 am Lunch break 12:30 pm afternoon work resumes 3:00 pm wrap up for the day 4:00 pm dinner at church 4:30-5:30 team debriefing integrated during dinner time 6:00 pm return to hotel 7:00 pm down time in hotel premises 9:00 pm Minors are in rooms. *FRIDAY NIGHT: ADDED SPECIAL SERVICE AT 7:30-9:30ish. Saturday: DAY OFF Event to be determined. Tourist theme, beach, nice dinner at restaurant 8:00 am breakfast in hotel 8:30 am team meeting in hotel space by 9 am to outing experience Time structure will be finalized once there, when local leadership guides us through the program development. Sunday: Breakfast at hotel-an hour before church service, approx. at 10 am service After church to airport: Departing flight American Airlines 1481, from Santo Domingo at 3:24 pm ETA to Miami at 5:59 pm. Everyone is to be picked up by their family at the airport.
