Luckyday Residential College BUILDING INFO Luckyday Residential College (LRC) opened in 2010 and houses residents on three floors. Resident rooms have in-room bathrooms. Shared spaces include a library, a classroom, a 24/7 fitness room, study rooms, a full-size kitchen, and an amazing green space that s perfect for games and activities. LRC residents share the RC Marketplace dining facilty with residents of Residential College South. Single-, double-, and quad-occupancy rooms are available in Luckyday RC. See pages 2-4 for floorplans. INFO Measurements for each room type are included on pages 5-8. All measurements are approximate. One cable outlet and two internet outlets are available in each room. Basic cable, internet, and wi-fi services are included. s are open. Curtains and tension rods can be used to enclose. s come with blinds. Decorative curtains can be placed on the outside of windows by using rods placed in large 3M Command Hooks. Loft rentals for twin extra-long beds are available through Lofts LLC: loftsinc.com. FURNITURE INFO Furniture pictures and measurements are available on pages 9-10. All measurements are approximate. A set of resident furniture includes a desk, desk chair, dresser, nightstand, and twin extra-long bed with mattress. Furniture (except desk chair) is made of wood with a dark brown finish.
