Fly with Royal Skies In the air or on the ground, earn Royal Skies miles with Royal Brunei and Royal Skies participating partners. Royal Skies is a simple and generous programme with a host of member benefits that members can enjoy and privileges that members can look forward to. Your Royal Skies membership does not expire as long as there is a mileage activity in your Royal Skies account within a period of 36 months, the account will remain active. Elite membership carries an expiry date which signifies the end of the benefits and privileges period. Your Royal Skies membership card A temporary digital membership card is available upon enrolment. Once the account reaches 1,500 miles, a permanent membership card will be printed and delivered to your account mailing address within six (06) weeks. 3

Earning Miles When you make a reservation, online or through your preferred travel agent, simply present your Royal Skies membership number to be included in your reservation. You may also present your membership number upon check in. Always check your membership account after your flight to ensure that your account has been credited. The amount of miles earned will depend on the type of ticket purchased. The chart below is a guide to how many miles you will earn. Mileage Claims All mileage claims must be submitted within 3 months of the flight activity date. Mileage claims can be made online at http://www.flyroyalbrunei.com/royalskies. Enter the flight information, ticket number and booking reference, if verified, the miles are credited instantly. Alternatively, you can download the Missing Mileage form and submit to the Royal Skies Service Centre. All mileage claims must include boarding passes or the e-ticket. As Royal Skies memberships are open to individuals only, any eligible flight activity can only be credited to the respective passenger s individual Royal Skies membership account. 9
