If an individual cancellation is received 60 46 days prior to departure, the Band will be charged 50% of the individual s tour fee, in addition to any non-refundable costs set forth by GTG for the purpose of acquiring vendor services for the individual. If an individual cancellation is received 45 31 days prior to departure, the Band will be charged 75% of the individual s tour fee, in addition to any non-refundable costs set forth by GTG for the purpose of acquiring vendor services for the individual. There is no refund for an individual cancellation within the last 30 days. Note: GTG must receive written notice of all cancellations and changes.
