ATIGS 2018 DELEGATION LEADER BROCHURE The International Delegations Program (IDP) is a unique component of Africa Trade and Investment Global Summit (ATIGS) and offered as a formal program that provides many benefits for delegation leaders and their delegation members to ATIGS 2018. The delegation program is exclusive to attendees from outside the United States. The program is designed for trade organizations, government agencies, economic development groups, companies, and independent pavilion organizers who become our Delegation Leaders and lead delegations from international countries, regions, states, and provinces to ATIGS 2018. Delegation Leaders should have the mandate to promote trade & investment development and a network of companies from which to recruit, as the role of delegation leader is to implement a targeted promotion and recruitment strategy in their market to pre-qualified and sign-up delegation members and brings them to ATIGS 2018. Delegation Leaders also organize the logistics of their group and act as advisors to support members before and during the event. ATIGS International delegation packages offer delegation leaders significant savings to attend ATIGS 20198 while providing enhanced visibility and greater access to activities during the show. Delegation Leaders are recognized as Hosted VIP Guests that oversee an "Official Delegation Group" at ATIGS 2018, which boost the attention of their group from other participants at ATIGS 2018. DELEGATION LEADER RESPONSIBILITY As a condition of receiving a number of complimentary services from the ATIGS organizers, Delegation Leader will be required to: Implement a targeted promotion and recruitment strategy to sign-up a minimum of (10) delegation members based outside of the United States. Assists delegation members to create their own ATIGS agenda. The group point of contact person before and during ATIGS 2018. Participate in at least three conference calls prior to ATIGS to receive important updates about the programs being held at the ATIGS 2018. Participate at delegation leaders meeting (June 23 or 24, 2018) Provide an efficient facilitation and information service to delegation members in order to keep them updated. Head delegation to ATIGS 2018. Support delegation members so that they enjoy the show and get the most out of it. Prior to ATIGS, hold a meeting with the delegation members to discuss show agenda and logistics at ATIGS. Collect relevant member s information and submit individual registration to atigs@gaadvancement.com or to delegation regional coordinator. Report activities to Regional Delegation Coordinator.
