WELCOME Welcome to Flybe Training Academy, an impressive and unique setting for your training and conferencing requirements. Our purpose built facility offers you an extensive choice of modern, bright and spacious meeting rooms in a variety of sizes and setups. Whether you require a large conference space for a formal event or an intimate space for your annual board meeting, we will work with you to accommodate your business needs and requirements. We pride ourselves in the level of service we provide our friendly experienced staff will assist you from the moment you make your initial enquiry through to the day of your event, ensuring your event runs as smoothly and successfully as possible. OUR ROOMS Our rooms come in various sizes to suit your individual meeting/event requirements. Conference Suite Our spacious and practical Conference Suite can accommodate up to 120 delegates (theatre style) but can be split into two smaller rooms giving you the flexibility to use the additional space as a catering area, networking zone or breakout room. The conference suite comes equipped with free WiFi, a PC, wide screen projection, integrated projector, 4 microphones, wall mounted speakers and 2 linked plasma screens. Large Meeting Rooms Our Large Meeting Rooms are located on the ground floor of the Academy and can seat up to 40 delegates (theatre style). The rooms come equipped with a PC, integrated projector, wallmounted speakers, smartboard, whiteboard and pens. Boardroom Our Boardroom is located on the first floor of the Academy and is an executive suite which can seat up 20 delegates. The room is equipped with telephone conferencing, integrated projector, wall mounted speakers, smartboard, whiteboard and pens. It also features a designated catering area with lockable cupboard space. ADDITIONAL SERVICES Catering We provide a variety of refreshments and menu options designed to suit your event requirements. All food is freshly prepared by local suppliers and special dietary requirements catered for on request. Refreshments and catering can be served in your room or in our gallery area. Our onsite partner hotel can provide a range of hot buffet food or formal menu options, which are served in the hotel restaurant. Please contact us for details regarding our catering options. Accommodation The onsite Hampton by Hilton Hotel is a convenient place for conference clients requiring an overnight stay. The hotel has 120 comfortable and stylish ensuite rooms with free WiFi, hot buffet breakfast and the warmest welcome you can imagine. Guests can also experience a relaxed and informal dining experience at the adjoining Marco PierreWhite Restaurant. Let us take care of your accommodation requirements and enjoy our preferential room rates. Event Management and Equipment Hire Let our Events Team manage your event from start to finish. We can arrange all logistics, manage delegate attendance and registration. If you require specialist equipment, speak to us, we can organise that for you too.

HOW TO FIND US We are ideally situated at Exeter International Airport with good transport links for the journey by air, rail or road. By Car We are just moments away from the M5 motorway. From Junction 29 on the M5, take the A30 towards Honiton and follow the signs for Exeter International Airport. By Plane Flybe Training Academy is situated at Exeter International Airport in the southwest of England. You can fly to Exeter International Airport from a number of European cities including London, Paris, Amsterdam and Edinburgh.
