NORTHWEST CMPUS UDITORIUM Ideal Peformance and Presentation Setting The 349-seat Northwest Campus uditorium is adjacent to Carnesale Commons and an ideal choice for groups hosting multimedia presentations and events. This venue includes a pre-function area and a ticket office accessible from both inside and outside of the building. The uditorium is particularly well suited for lectures, forums, talent showcases, and theatrical performances. COVEL COMMONS eautiful allroom with Panoramic Terrace View EXPERIENCE THE UCL STNDRD OF EXCELLENCE UCL offers exceptional spaces for your meetings, conferences, and special events in our three main venues Carnesale, Covel, and De Neve Commons. From symposiums, training sessions, and board meetings to formal dinners, receptions, and holiday celebrations, our facilities can accommodate groups of 10 to 650 people. For larger groups or unique event settings, you also have access to special locations on the campus including gardens, plazas, and event spaces in UCL s sports and cultural centers. Summer groups that require overnight accommodations have the added options of UCL s housing, dining, and recreational facilities. The 5,900-square foot Grand Horizon Room is designed for large meetings and social events, and can be divided into seven smaller salons. The adjoining 3,700 square foot outdoor Terrace features a spectacular panoramic view of the campus and is perfect for receptions. The adjacent North Ridge, West Coast, and South ay Rooms are ideal for smaller seminars and workshops. DE NEVE COMMONS Diversity in a Well-Designed Venue The Plaza Room features 3,700 square feet of meeting space that can be divided into two spacious salons. The 430-seat Lecture uditorium features professional-quality acoustics, lighting, and video capabilities. Several other meeting rooms, including a fully-equipped computer lab for hands-on training and workshops, complete the diverse collection of spaces available in De Neve Commons.
