Itinerary Day 1 Friday, March 2: Stuart, FL Providenciales, T&C Anguilla 545 + 565 NM Air Journey along with your Journey Director will greet you at Witham Field (KSUA) Stuart Jet Center FBO this morning for a briefing about the forthcoming flight. Fly to Anguilla. There will be an optional technical stop in Providenciales in the Turks & Caicos. Well known for its expansive coral reefs, private bays, turquoise blue ocean, exquisite white sand beaches and wonderful and varied Caribbean cuisine, Anguilla is a small treasure in the northern Caribbean. Newly built, Zemi Beach House Resort & Spa is situated on six pristine acres on the shores of Shoal Bay East and is adjacent to Anguilla's Fountain Cavern National Park. This one and a half-mile stretch of pink-tinted sand offers top-notch snorkeling, kayaking and swimming in warm turquoise waters. At the end of the day we ll meet for a welcome cocktail before dinner. Day 3 - Sunday, March 4: Anguilla Today is at leisure to relax or explore on your own. Your Journey Director is available to help you select from the many optional activities available on the island. Optional activities include snorkeling, kayaking, island tours, deep-sea fishing, bicycle tours, horseback riding, stand-up paddle boarding, tennis, and more! Guests are welcome at the nearby championship 7,063-yard Greg Norman-designed golf course and Spa treatments by a professional staff can be enjoyed in guest rooms or on the beach. Hotel: Zemi Beach House Resort & Spa Day 5 - Tuesday, March 6: Anguilla Canouan, Grenadines 345 NM Fly to Canouan located in the heart of the Grenadines. The Tamarind Beach Hotel is located on a sweep of reef-protected beach that has the effect of creating a giant, saltwater swimming pool. And the water is the focus of activities at the resort! Hydro bikes, windsurf, canoes, kayaks, snorkel equipment and sunfish are all available. Hotel: Tamarind Beach Hotel Day 6 - Wednesday, March 7: Canouan Enjoy a private boat excursion to the beautiful Tobago Cays and Mayreau. Day 7 - Thursday, March 8: Canouan Today is at leisure to relax or explore on your own. Hotel: Tamarind Beach Hotel Day 8 - Friday, March 9: Canouan Antigua, West Indies 265 NM Fly to the beautiful island of Antigua. Situated on Antigua s south coast, Carlisle Bay looks out over white sand beaches, palm trees and turquoise water with a backdrop of emerald green rainforest. Non-motorized watersports at the hotel are complimentary with a team of expert staff. Activities include sailing, kayaking in the mangrove, snorkeling (equipment is provided free of charge), windsurfing and paddle boarding. Hotel: Carlisle Bay Day 9 Saturday, March 10: Antigua Today is at leisure to relax, enjoy the activities at the resort or experience one of the optional activities. Your Journey Director is available to help you select from the many activities available on the island. The water is usually calm and very clear making for a great place to go snorkeling. Grab your mask and fins and dive in! Hobie Cats, saltwater kayaks and paddle boards are available. Hotel: Carlisle Bay Day 10 - Sunday, March 11: Antigua Today is at leisure to relax, enjoy the activities at the resort or experience one of the optional activities. The Registration fee includes: Extensive Navigation log (airports, route, frequencies, information of airspace, nav-aids, reporting points, international flight plan) tailored for each aircraft Flight plans and eapis manifest (departure and arrival) filed on your behalf Pilot briefing prior to each day s flight Weather website with constant updates showing TAF, METAR, Wind Aloft, prognostic forecast and review Fuel availability confirmed along the route of flight Flight bag and collared, cotton shirt for the pilot with his name and aircraft tail number embroidered on the upper front. Additional shirts are available for passengers and crew at an additional cost. Cancellation, refunds: a) Cancellation by the client: Is always required in writing and is subject to the following schedule of dates, whereby some or all moneys paid will be retained: i) Given outside of 90 days of departure: AJ retains $500 per person and plane registration fee ii) Between 90 and 60 days of departure: AJ retains 50% of tour cost and plane registration fee iii) Between 59 and 45 days of departure: AJ retains 75% of tour cost and plane registration fee iv) Less than 45 days or no show of departure: AJ retains 100% of tour cost and plane registration fee b) Cancellation by AJ: Should AJ cancel the tour after deposits have been received due to fewer than the minimum participants required, the full deposit will be refunded. Should AJ cancel the tour at any time due to factors beyond their control (including war, flood, force of nature, riot, civil action), they will refund the client whatever portion of moneys are reimbursed by ground operators and accommodation suppliers. Survival equipment is available for rental on a daily basis and will be waiting for you at our departure point. Contact us for details. Life vests and survival raft are mandatory. Travel and Cancellation Insurance Travel and Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended and not included in the package but it can be purchased from Air Journey for approximately 6% of the cost of the Journey.
