His meticulous approach helped him to procure large real estate tracts in Gurgaon and with his skill AMB made substantial progress. Initially many reputed builders and developers having all India presence showed their keen interest in the residential and commercial projects of AMB, which were then given to them after obtaining development licenses etc.
