SUNDAY - AUGUST 7 Page 3 of 8 4:00 PM Departure All Aboard! Come ready for the vacation of a lifetime as you sail through the Atlantic Ocean making stops in Freeport and Nassau in the Bahamas! This will be an adventure you won't forget! Your ship boards in Port Canaveral, FL and will depart at 4:00 pm. Boarding times will be provided to you via email from. Typically, boarding begins around 11:00 am. We will spend all day in port and set sail around 4:00 pm. Upon boarding, lunch will be available on the Lido deck but rooms are not generally ready until after 1:30 pm. We recommend bringing your swimming attire on board with you as embarkation day is a great time to hit the water slides. We also like to use this time to get acclimated with the layout of the ship and check the spa services available. Sea days are great for relaxing. We spend a good amount of time at the waterpark or the pool. Sea days can feel a bit crowded during peak eating times or when looking for a lounge chair by the pool. If you want to be near the pool we recommend getting out early. If you are fine with just being somewhere in the sun you shouldn't have any issues finding a place to lay out. The action is sizzling in Freeport, the resort center of Grand Bahama Island. You ll find plenty of razzle-dazzle entertainment, from a casino to music clubs to barefoot beach bars. If that s the Bahamas you ve come for, great! But if you re looking for the Bahamas with the seductive, palm-fringed beaches, gentle turquoise seas, and nature at its most vivid Freeport has that, too. The dress code for men for this event is dress slacks, dress shirts, and a recommended sport coat. Men may also opt to wear a suit and tie or tuxedo. It is recommended that women wear cocktail dresses, pantsuits, elegant skirts and blouses or even an evening gown. Jeans, men's sleeveless shirts, shorts, tee-shirts, sportswear, gym or basketball shorts, baseball hats, flip-flops and bathing suit attire are not permitted at this event.
TUESDAY - AUGUST 9 Page 6 of 8 7:00 AM Breakfast The ship will be in Nassau from 8am-5pm. Nassau is what is known as tropical utopia. This is one of our favorite ports, so after breakfast we will be getting off the boat. Nassau is very beautiful with soft beaches with blue water, we highly recommend you visiting the island. Right off the pier there are shops for souvenirs and bars to have a few drinks. Nassau has great food and drinks (We highly recommend the cracked conch). If you continue past the shops you will arrive at the taxi center. If you have booked an excursion, you will meet here. Feel free to explore the island snorkeling, jet skiing, parasailing, fly boarding, sightseeing shore excursions, visiting Atlantis and more! With the ship departing at 5pm, we recommend returning back to the port no later than 4pm. Make sure that you bring cash (nothing over a $20 bill) to cover taxi, food, and any other purchases you might want! 8:00 AM Arrival Welcome to Nassau! Visit the luxurious Bahamian resort, Atlantis in Paradise Island. Interact with amazing dolphins at Atlantis Dolphin Cay, one of the largest dolphin habitats in the world. Register for the Aquaventure program, the premier water park in the Caribbean, and participate on a Discover Atlantis Tour. View more than 50,000 fascinating species of marine life in the largest open air aquarium in the world. Nassau Nassau Shore Excursions 5:00 PM Departure All Aboard! If you want the porters to take your luggage off the boat (I recommend this) your luggage must be outside of your room no later than 9pm tonight. It is very difficult to carry off your luggage so we do not recommend it unless you packed light. We generally keep one bag for valuables and toiletries. Most activities are open on this day, so please take advantage. The Spa fills up fast so if you would like to go to the spa please make your appointment on August 7th, to ensure availability. At Sea: Dining and Activity Overview Aboard Victory 8:00 AM Meditation Join us for morning meditation with Yolanda. She will guide us on meditation and breathing to help increase wellness.
