INTRODUCTION The Sunea screen io mot is designed to drive all types of lateral arm-mounted awnings and vertical awnings (with without cassette). What is io-homecontrol? The Sunea screen io uses io-homecontrol, the new universal and secure wireless communication protocol, shared by the maj manufacturers in the wld of home automation. io-homecontrol enables all comft and security equipment to intercommunicate and be actuated via one single control point. system mean that it keeps in step with your changing requirements. You can start by automating roller shutters and the front do, then equip the outside awnings, the gate and garage do garden lighting with the io-homecontrol system. INSTALLATION The Sunea screen io must be installed in a location sheltered from inclement weather... Mot preparation ) Fit the crown (A) and the drive wheel (B) to the mot. ) Measure the length (L) between interi edge of the mot head and the rim of the drive wheel. L = A B L.. Pre-programming the Somfy io local control point - Press the Up and Down buttons simultaneously: the awning will make a brief movement; the Somfy io local control point has been pre-programmed into the mot. 5.. Checking the mot s direction of rotation ) Press the Up button on the Somfy io local control point: a) If the awning is raised, the direction of rotation is crect: go to the section. b) if the awning is lowered, the direction of rotation is increct: press the «my» button until the awning moves; ) Press the Up button to check the direction of rotation. a b 5.. The procedure to follow to activate deactivate «Back release» is identical. 8. TIPS AND RECOMMDATIONS 8.. Questions on the Sunea screen io? Possible causes Solutions The awning does The wiring is increct. Check the wiring and modify it if necessary. not operate.
