Lincoln Park Zoo Camp Programs Registration Guide Thank you for your interest in Lincoln Park Zoo Camp Programs! Please review this step by step registration guide to learn more about our registration process and see the questions you will be asked when registering your camper(s). Step 1: Beginning Registration Click Register at the bottom of the page to begin registering your camper(s) (see green arrow). 1

If you are a member of Lincoln Park Zoo, select Zoo Member. If you are not a member, select Non Member (see red circle). To check your membership status, log in to our donor website or call the membership hotline at (312) 742 2322. Once you have made your selection, click Continue (see blue arrow). 2

Step 2: Adding Campers On this page, you will add the camper(s) name(s). Begin by clicking Add New Participant (see purple arrow). An information box will appear asking you for Type, First Name, and Last Name. This is where you will enter your camper s information (see yellow circle). Enter in the camper s type (which refers to member status), first name, last name, and membership number (if applicable). When all information is entered, click Add (see orange arrow). 3

You will then see this page: If you have another camper to register, select Add New Participant again and repeat the same process as above. When you are finished adding all your campers, you will have them on your participant list, which looks like this: Please be aware that the campers will be listed in the alphabetical order, not in the order of which you added them. 4

Step 3: Entering Camper Information For each camper, you will fill in the Camper Information Summer 2015 form (see green arrow). Select the form and fill in all the requested information. When complete, select Continue at the bottom of the page (see red arrow). 5

You will complete this form for all campers, so if you have a second, third, fourth, etc. camper listed, make sure to select the form for each individual camper and fill in the Camper Information Summer 2015 form. When all information is entered, the form will have a green check mark on the form icon (see blue circle). Then select Continue (see purple arrow). 6

Step 4: Selecting Camp Weeks Select your camper s name from the Select a Participant list (see orange box). Next, you will select the appropriate age group for your camper from the Select a Category list (see green box). To select a camp week, click the green plus sign on the right side for the week desired (see red arrow). You will be given a price option for that camp week just for that camp week OR for that camp week with After Care (see blue circle). If you d like more information about After Care, click here. 7

Select your choice and it will appear in the Schedule for: [camper s name] list on the bottom of the page (see purple circle). Continue this process if you would like to enroll your camper in a second or third week of camp. Repeat as necessary for each additional camper. Please note: if weeks are full, status will say Waitlisted instead of Registered (see yellow circle). When you have completed selecting your camp week(s), click Continue at the bottom of the page (see orange arrow). 8

Step 5: Finishing up Registration Complete this form by including two designated emergency contacts and then list the names and phone numbers of all other adults authorized to pick up camper(s). Then click Continue at the bottom of the page (see green arrow). This next page will take you through the Waiver and Release, Code of Conduct, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Photo Policy, etc. Answer all questions and then click Continue at the bottom of the page. 9

Each camper will receive a camp backpack and one camp T shirt, if you would like to purchase more merchandise in advance you may do so on this page. Please fill out the quantity you would like to purchase, if applicable, and click Continue at the bottom of the page. Next, you will see this page. Review all details (which are italicized) and make sure all information is correct. Then click Checkout (see red arrow). 10

Step 6: Payment Now you will move to the payment page. It will take a few moments to load so DO NOT CLICK THE REFRESH BUTTON if you don t see anything appear right away. Enter all the requested information including credit card information as well as billing information (see yellow circle). When your information is entered, click Make Payment (see orange arrow). WARNING: Google Chrome and some other web browsers may auto fill name and billing information with camper s name. Please ensure that the cardholder name is correct. Within a few minutes of finishing registration, an email receipt will be sent to the email address entered in the billing information section. Retain this receipt for your records. Also, during the months prior to camp beginning, information will be sent via email to this email address. Please include camp@lpzoo.org, educationprograms@lpzoo.org, and noreply@doubleknot.com as allowed/accepted email addresses so your server does not send our emails to your spam folder.
