Please also note if you have NOT taken out Travel Insurance with us, there will be a $110-00 fee per person should you have a claim and require a letter from us regarding your Travel arrangements. Client Responsibility: You should familiarise yourself with any health and visa requirements that may be applicable in the areas that your intend visiting, and you shall be responsible for all entry, exit, health and other documents required by law, regulations, orders, demands or requirements of the countries visited or transited. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are carrying a valid passport at all times. Passport, visa and vaccination requirements are not our responsibility and we are not liable for any loss or expense due to your failure to comply with the above.
