HDOA - Club Relationship Two Distinct Legal Entities (We Do Work Closely Together) Separate Governing Boards HDOA - All Homeowner/Lot owners and Condo unit owners, and their associated neighborhoods Club - Sub-set of these owners plus outside memberships Club properties include Clubhouse, Croquet Courts, Dunes, and Links and Creek Golf Courses Tennis Court/Bocce area and access roadway Clubhouse access road, just past the Fountain Circle HDOA - All the other roadways and common property within Hammock Dunes, including the Ocean Front Dunes, are owned and maintained by the HDOA and Neighborhoods using your monthly assessments Issues and concerns and/or incidents that occur on either property are the sole responsibility of either the HDOA or Club. 4

Then Nominations for The Beachfront Neighborhood are CLOSED While the ballots for each Neighborhood are counted, we will proceed with Progress Reports. 5
Moving Forward Asset Acquisition Closed 18 June 2013 - HDOA assumed Developer Role Enables HDOA to Control Our Own Destiney Created Declarant and Development Committee (DDC) Advise the HDOA Board regarding future development of Hammock Dunes Board designated Developer single point of contact Moving Forward with Several Developer Initiatives As the Developer, the HDOA has created a Strategic Growth Plan, which addresses HDOA-Club coordinated marketing, realtor engagement, builder partnerships and community enhancements. 6
