1.1 OUR COMPANY GREEN MAGIC HOMES S.L. is a legally incorporated company in Spain, with commercial operations directed from the USA and 4 production plants located in USA, Spain, Mexico and Dubai. Currently Green Magic Homes is a company with a global presence through distributors in more than 50 countries worldwide. We are the manufacturers of a wide range of innovative products whose main objective is to provide an improved quality of life. We hereby present our revolutionary GREEN MAGIC DOMES 1.2 INTRODUCTION GREEN MAGIC DOMES are a worldwide patented structure which is based on Geodesic Geometry; but it unlike traditional domes its self supporting and does not need a structure. Furthermore its assembly system is totally safe and waterproof, classified for hurricane category 4 or earthquakes of 8.5 degrees on the Richter scale. GREEN MAGIC DOMES is a technology that offers solutions to disaster and emergency situations, providing fast housing structures to entire communities. The structure is made with very strong, ultra light and thin aluminium panels coated with weather and sun resistant paints with an inner core in high-tech aerospace polymers, that make very structurally sound. A feature that makes it unique is its small packing size when disassembled, because the unit folds to be easily transported. This portability makes it easy to export in containers throughout the whole world. Our Domes are manufactured by Robots, which guarantees absolute precision when assembling. Doors and windows are made in top quality aluminium. GREEN MAGIC DOMES is apt to maintain warmth in subtropical climates, sub-zero temperatures, and desert climates. Our portable structures can be assembled in just 6 hours by 4 people without training. The packaged pieces fit in the back of a truck and can be transported by sea, land or air. If desired, the units can easily converted into PERMANENT HOUSING by covering them with metal mesh, adding a layer of cement and giving a paint finish akin to housing walls. 4

1.6 MILITARY APPLICATIONS While our brave soldiers risk their lives protecting us, our GREEN MAGIC DOMES do our job of protecting them. GREEN MAGIC DOMES provides our soldiers with shelters that can be assembled in a few hours by only 4 men. GREEN MAGIC DOMES can serve as soldier barracks and virtually all combat shelter functions including: Command and communication centers Ammunition, materials, food or medical supplies storage Fire and radar control centers Medical unit operations MASH style hospital units Radar or satellite dish enclosures for emergencies 1.7 PORTABILITY A 20 foot container can fit (24) 14.5 ft or (18) 19.6 ft diameter domes. A 40 foot container can fit (48) 14.5 ft or (36) 19.6 ft diameter domes. 72 domes that cover 22,000 square feet of safe and protected living space can fit in a single C-130 Hercules aircraft. 1.8 NATURAL DISASTERS In the wake of recent tsunamis, hurricanes and earthquakes, millions of people have been displaced from their homes and in many cases left homeless. Hurricane Katrina destroyed entire neighborhoods, leaving thousands of people without shelter. In the mountains of Pakistan thousands of people have been left homeless since the recent earthquake and are entering a cold and fearful winter without the proper means to shelter themselves and their families. GREEN MAGIC DOMES are designed and built to sustain hurricane force winds and large enough to hold an entire family. Our units can provide heat and safety to those who remain outside currently fighting against the elements of nature. In just a few hours, our portable geodesic structures can be erected and put to use. Due to their aerodynamic design, with some previous preparation our Domes can be made able to withstand hurricanes or typhoon and can serve as emergency shelters or command centers during and after a storm or other type of disaster. 6

In any designated area of a city, a complex of GREEN MAGIC DOMES can be built in a single day, which will not only provide shelter but also create a communal atmosphere. Our Domes can be the answer to the lack of affordable housing. 1.10 DOMES FOR THE AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY Our technology offers a new type of low cost and easy transport structural solution that can be placed in any remote location, which makes it an ideal housing solution for agricultural workers. Our Domes are portable and easily transferred from one field to another. A whole community can be erected in one day to host as many workers as necessary for that particular harvest. Solar panels can be added for LED lighting. The individual units can be erected, used and then moved for each harvest cycle. Units can then be used as a single or multiple structures configured as single or communal facilities. At the end of the season, the structures can be dismantled and stored indefinitely until the next crop cycle. The materials of the domes make them impervious to different amounts of snow, sun, rain, heat or cold.
