AFN CIRCLE OF TRADE AFN Circle of Trade The AFN Circle of Trade Show will take place July 17, 18 and 19, 2012. The Trade Show is an excellent opportunity to facilitate networking among First Nations, organizations, businesses and government. I-Nations Trade Procurement Centre This year s AFN Circle of Trade Show will also include a separate procurement event which will take place on Wednesday, July 18, 2012. This will be a coordinated networking event to bring together First Nations contractors, businesses, economic development corporations, and employment and training organizations to network with those ready to do business with First Nations. REGISTRATION Photo identification will be requested at registration for Chiefs and Proxies. All participants that have pre-paid registration by the pre-registration deadline of July 3, 2012 will receive details by e-mail including a draft agenda, the AGA documents and presentations and draft resolutions in advance of the Assembly. Pre-registration will also be held on Monday, July 16, 2012 from 2:00 7:00 p.m. at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre (South Building). For planning purposes and to avoid line-ups, all delegates are encouraged to send registration forms in advance of the Assembly and to pick up badges, USBs and kits on the afternoon/evening of July 16, 2012. Those who pre-register, pre-pay and pick up their badges on July 16, 2012 will be eligible for the PRE-REGISTRATION DRAWS - which will be drawn and presented at the Assembly. Please note that all forms must be received by July 3, 2012 to ensure processing prior to the Assembly. Registration forms and payments received after this date will be processed on-site at the Assembly. Please note registration fees are non-refundable after July 3, 2012. An administration fee of $50.00 will apply for all cancellations made prior to July 3, 2012.
