REGISTRATION Photo identification will be requested at registration for Chiefs and Proxies. All participants that have pre-paid registration by the pre-registration deadline of July 3, 2012 will receive details by e-mail including a draft agenda, the AGA documents and presentations and draft resolutions in advance of the Assembly. Pre-registration will also be held on Monday, July 16, 2012 from 2:00 7:00 p.m. at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre (South Building). For planning purposes and to avoid line-ups, all delegates are encouraged to send registration forms in advance of the Assembly and to pick up badges, USBs and kits on the afternoon/evening of July 16, 2012. Those who pre-register, pre-pay and pick up their badges on July 16, 2012 will be eligible for the PRE-REGISTRATION DRAWS - which will be drawn and presented at the Assembly. Please note that all forms must be received by July 3, 2012 to ensure processing prior to the Assembly. Registration forms and payments received after this date will be processed on-site at the Assembly.
