PAYMENT:- THE FIRST DEPOSIT US$50 PER PERSON IS DUE ON JULY 10th, 2011. THE SECOND DEPOSIT OF US$100 PER PERSON IS DUE AUGUST 15th 2011 FINAL PAYMENT JANUARY 15th, 2012. ** Single cabins pay 200% of the value of the cabin of a double occupancy.** Royal Caribbean International will be assessing a fee of US $50.00 per person per any changes made on a confirmed reservation. Any individual to group transfer will be allowed only 14 days from the time the booking is created. Reported names must be real. No full name changes will be permitted. Transfer requests will be allowed until 30 days prior to sailing and is subject to approval. Dining arrangements and table assignments MUST be reported 30 days prior to sailing. The deposit due date has been advise in the first page. On this date, we require that you send the deposit or final payment depending on what applies. If payment is not received on the deadline, Royal Caribbean reserves the right to cancel any space, without prior notice, that has not been guaranteed by a deposit of final payment. Enclosed the new Royal Caribbean Cruises and Celebrity Cruises policies regarding the spaces reserved from your group: 120 days prior to sailing - Full names will be due. 60 days prior to sailing - Release the space that is not sold. 60 days prior to sailing - Any name changes are subject to be approved. Full name changes will be consider a cancellation, penalties will apply and rate will be adjusted at the prevailing rate. 14 days prior to sailing - all unnamed and unsold inventory will be release and penalties will apply according to confirmation terms. It is extremely important that all group members are advised of these cancellation penalties and condition before making the reservations. IMPORTANT NOTICE Travel Documentation - Please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the required travel documents your clients will be asked to provide prior to boarding the ship. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to identify and obtain all required travel documents and have them available when necessary. These appropriate valid travel documents such as passports, visas, inoculation certificate and family legal documents are required for boarding and re-entry into the United States and other countries. Guests who do not possess the proper documentation may be prevented from boarding their flight or ship or from entering a country and may be subject to fines. No refunds will be given to individuals who fail to bring proper documentation. Infant Policy: Infants sailing on a cruise must be at least 6 months old as of the first day of the cruise/cruise tour. For the purposes of this policy, any cruise that has 3 or more consecutive days at sea will require infants to be 12 months old on the first day of the cruise/cruise Tour. Denial of boarding for infants who do not satisfy these minimum age requirements may also result in the denial of boarding for one or more guests sailing with that infant. No refunds or other compensation shall be due from the cruise line to anyone as a result of the denial of boarding to underage infant or other accompanying guests. Pregnancy: Royal Caribbean International and/or Celebrity Cruises cannot accept guests who will have entered their 24th week of pregnancy by the beginning of, or at any time during, the cruise or cruise tour. A physician's "Fit to Travel" note is required prior to sailing, stating how far along (in weeks) the guest's pregnancy will be at the beginning of the cruise and confirming that the guest is in good health and not experiencing a high-risk pregnancy. Failure to comply in reporting such groups may result in the cancellation of group space. We will be more than glad to have your group onboard if they can abide by Royal s and/or Celebrity s acceptance policy.
Fuel supplement: Royal Caribbean International and/or Celebrity Cruises reserves the right to impose a fuel supplement on all guests if the price of West Texas Intermediate fuel exceeds $65.00 per barrel. The fuel supplement for 1st and 2nd guests would be no more than $10 per guest per day, to a maximum of $140 per cruise; and for additional guests would be no more than $5 per person per day, to a maximum of $70 per cruise. Additional information: Reduced deposits will be applied for all groups with non-allocated group inventory in double occupancy only (GTY S cabins). Triples, quads and suites can be added only with passenger full names and full deposits. For these cabins (triples, quads and suites), no full name changes will be permitted. Double cabins will be allocated with passenger full names and deposit 120 days prior to the sailing. Terms and conditions for incentive and groups under contract: Terms and conditions will remain the same up to a maximum of 100 cabins. For groups over 100 staterooms other terms and conditions will apply and will remain under contract. Inventory Reviews: Royal Caribbean International may contact you at any time to review any unsold inventory. During this review, unsold inventory (inventory without full legal names and full deposits) may be recalled. Royal Caribbean International reserves the right to contact you at any time to review group inventory held on sail dates that are at risk of being oversold (Code Red Sailings). During this review, all unsold inventory (inventory without full legal names and full deposits) will be recalled. Other than Code Red sailings, a reviewed Group will have seven (7) business days to add full legal names and payments prior to being reduced to sell. This new policy only applies to Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises, other group policies apply for Azamara Club Cruises.
