You may do so by check, Paypal, or contact us by phone or email and use your Mastercard, Visa, or Amex. What to Bring/How to Prepare: For Level 1 & 2: It may be useful to ask your parents to tell you about your birth experience as we ll be working with birth material in the training. Dress is comfortable/casual. Please bring a bathing suit, shorts, long pants, socks, sneakers/ hiking shoes, light warm jacket, a robe or sweats, a sweater or two. A compact sleeping bag for breathwork sessions is very useful. Extra Blankets are always good even in the motel and cabins here and they are good for rebirthing if you don t bring a sleeping bag. The temperature can vary widely, from very cool in the morning and at night, to very warm/hot in the afternoon. Light layers of clothing always seem to work well. We do a lot of movement and dance, so wear clothes you can comfortably move in.

If you plan to attend the optional sweat lodge(s), and we hope you do, please bring your own towels for that. The cost is $30, cash preferred. You may wear a bathing suit and it s traditional for women to have covering like a sarong, T-shirt, and some of the native women wear skirts as well. If you have a two-piece suit you will probably want to wear at least a tank top over that. Men may want to wear longer shorts. For Level 2: Please bring your manual from Level 1 with you. If you can, review the material in it before you come. If you no longer have your manual please let us know by August 1 and we can supply you with a new one for $20. Please bring a snorkel for water sessions and a large towel or two for water sessions. We also have a celebration with opportunities to perform on the last night. You may want to bring something festive to wear and something special to share. Musical performances; poetry, dance, theater games, skits, etc. are all welcome, and are often put together with others on site. Be creative! For Level 3/4: Please bring all of the above and your manuals from Level 1 & 2 as well Campers and Teepees some recommendations; an air mattress and some kind of covering to keep you warm. A wool blanket between you and your sleeping bag or bedding as the air mattresses become very cold over night. A floor mat for your tent or teepee to keep the dirt out, a coffee mug, spoon, fork, bowl. A cooler is good for snacks and the kitchen can give you additional ice when needed. Towels and linens are provided for those staying in rooms, NOT in Teepees or for camping. Bring two towels, one for bathing and one for rebirthing. Teepees have earthen floors and you can rent a cot; a ground cloth is helpful and sleeping bags are needed. Scents Please minimize or eliminate the use of scented products to help create a supportive environment for everyone. Some people are particularly sensitive to these scents. Thank you! Transportation

Driving: It is best to arrive during the day! The gate to Stewart Mineral Springs can be easily missed in the dark.
