Even in the bitter cold we were pleasantly surprised to have 20 Retreads and guests for breakfast, including a rare visit by Paul and Mary Lou Weaver. We're always happy to see people here that are not our usual regulars. Kathy helped me sell 50/50 tickets and the winner was Charlie Boyer. After breakfast 10 of us went to the bowling lanes where 6 bowled and 4 were kinda Cheer leading. Greg Gill had the best score, but we all had a lot of fun. No Breakfast until March 3rd Saturday Shartlesville Breakfast hosted by Bill & Nancy Lingenfelter. The weather was nice for January and we had a great turnout! 37 Retreads and 2 guests were in attendance. It was the first time at Shartlesville for Jim & Charlene Anspach who have been Retreads for several months and are a welcome addition to our group. The guests came with Hoss & Woofie Horst, they were Missy & Brad Kopicz, they re also friends of the Gills, they all met while on a cruise. Thanks to Faye Williams for counting the people for us and to Art and Dick Kern for selling the 50/50 tickets, its so nice to have helpers when we have to arrive late. The winner of the 50/50 was Eileen Davall. See you next month! - Bill & Nancy 4 th Sunday most months Lancaster Breakfast hosted by Art Grantz It was difficult to get an accurate count with everyone going back and forth to the buffet but there were at least 50 Retreads and one guest at the Golden Corral in Lancaster on a damp and rainy Sunday morning. Ed & Jane Frank brought their granddaughter Cameron with them. It s always a pleasure to have her join us. Thank you to Dick Kern and Charlie Boyer for selling the 50/50 tickets. Cameron drew the winning ticket, she pulled her grandad s number. We will be back at the Golden Corrall for our February breakfast and we return to Hershey Farm in March. - Art Do Something Different Do something different this year!
