Overnight at Hotel in Porto DAY 2 PORTO Half day tour of Porto. Enjoy a visit to Sé Cathedral, followed by the panoramic viewpoint of Gaia. Head to Batalha Square, then walk Santa Catarina Street. You will stop next at Liberdade Square, and the Clérigos Church and Tower. Visit the beautiful Lello bookshop, venture to Ribeira Square and conclude with a visit to Porto Wine Cellars with a tasting. You will then be transferred to your hotel. Overnight in Porto. Coimbra DAY 5 FÁTIMA / NAZARÉ / ALCOBAÇA / OBIDOS After breakfast at Hotel, visit Fátima the World known pilgrimage site. Through beautiful countryside we reach Nazaré, the typical fisherman s village, boarding the Atlantic Ocean. Free time in the village. Next stop Alcobaça. Visit of the Cistercian Monastery of Alcobaça, classified by UNESCO as World Heritage and linked to the Portuguese nationality of the XII century: the Tombs of King Pedro and Inês de Castro are masterworks of the 14 th century sculpture. Óbidos DAY 6 LISBOA / SINTRA Breakfast at Hotel. The morning will start with a visit to Lisbon commencing by the monumental quarter of Lisbon linked to the Discoveries, Belem Tower (1514) and the Jeronimos Monastery (16th century), both in Manueline style and both classified by UNESCO as World Heritage. From this western area of town we will continue in the direction of the oldest part of town surrounding St George s Castle, from where we have a fantastic view over the town. A short walk through Alfama quarter and what remains from the Jewish old quarter. Drive to Sintra, whose nature (Sintra Mountain is a National park) has inspired the 19 th century romantic generation, visit to the Vila Palace and drive to Roca Cap, the most western point in Continental Europe. Sintra DAY 7 LISBON Day in Lisboa. Overnight in Lisboa. DAY 8 - PALMELA / SETÚBAL / ARRÁBIDA / SESIMBRA / ARRAIOLOS Discover the genuine Portuguese country and seaside just one hour outside the metropolitan city of Lisbon. Drive to the town of Palmela just 50 minutes away from Lisbon where the adventure will begin. The 12 th century castle of Palmela preserves the medieval atmosphere of the brave soldiers that once defended the Portuguese coast offering astonishing views over the city of Setúbal and its bay. Drive to the city of Setúbal and after a short walk in the town centre, try the fresh catch of the day in one of the many fish restaurants overlooking the harbour. After lunch it is time to explore the marvellous scenery of the Nature Park of Arrábida, home to unique species of fauna and flora and incredible views over the Atlantic Ocean. At the end of this relaxing panoramic tour, your guide will take you to the Cape Espichel where you can admire the impressive cliffs and the Atlantic Ocean. DAY 11 - ALGARVE Take a cruise along the Algarve coast with your shared tour, between the Albufeira Marina and Carvoeiro Beach, on a fantastic boat. Indulge in a relaxing time with pure emotions; during this cruise you will have the opportunity to discover fantastic caves, rock formations and a stop for a quick ocean swim. On the return, the boat shifts away from the coast to initiate the search for dolphins. Overnight in Albufeira. DAY 12 - ALGARVE Free Day. Overnight in Albufeira.
