BE STILL AND KNOW THAT I AM GOD. Psalm 46: 10a We are constantly surrounded by noises, distractions and busyness that make it difficult to hear the still, small voice of God that offers us the hope, comfort, peace and purpose that we so desperately need. Camp is a great place to get away from the environment and routine of everyday life and hear from God. Since creation, it has been God s plan for man to take the time to unplug from the distractions of life and spend time with Him through prayer, studying His Word and recognizing His handiwork that is all around us. At Bethany Camp our goal for the summer of 2018 is not only that you will unplug while you re here at camp but that you will leave camp encouraged, inspired and equipped to unplug and spend time with God every day. 25 minutes from Jamestown 1 hour from Buffalo 55 minutes from Olean 1 25 2 hour minutes hours from Erie from Fredonia from Rochester office@bethanycamp.org 3

a letter from bethany s director Thanks for reading our newly-formatted brochure. As you can see, there is so much happening every year here at Bethany Camp. We are so thankful for the privilege that we have to serve literally thousands of people each year. Our goal is to create an environment for spiritual growth and change. There are many factors that drive this mission statement: the safety of your camper, the intentionality of the program, the improvements and care for the facilities, the staff, and the food service we provide. We constantly evaluate each of these areas in light of creating this environment. The exciting part for us is to then watch the amazing things that God does in the lives of those He brings to Bethany Camp each year. I would encourage you to see how you or others close to you could be involved in one of the many activities planned during this next year.
