Your Program Committee will be putting together an abundant mix of business, sporting and social activities to truly make the 2019 meeting one you do not want to miss. In the meantime, everyone wishing to attend must make their meeting registrations by September 28, 2018. Rooms reserved after this date will be on an availability-only basis. With February being the height of Grand Cayman s tourist season, the hotel warns us not to expect rooms to be available after our deadline. The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa has just completed a $50 million renovation program making the resort one of the best on the island! Enclosed for your review are a registration form, tentative agenda, information about the meeting, passport information and how to reserve rooms at the Westin Grand Cayman Resort.
