Zarboy ATV T-Shirts By David Wells If you like your ATV apparel with attitude, you ll love the Zarboy Graphics line of Extreme Action T-Shirts. Developed by suburban Rochester residents Greg and Brooke Beachner, and screen-printed right here in New York State, these shirts make terrific casual wear anytime you want to show off your favorite hobby. These high-quality T-shirts from Gildian and Hanes feature popular all terrain vehicles being ridden by Zarboy the Rotweiller. An attitude-laden Bite This bone logo in full-color is on the front of each shirt, while the back has a full-color rendition of Zarboy riding a popular quad such as a Polaris Sportsman or a Yamaha Banshee. Five different designs are currently available, and the level of detail in these action-packed four-wheeler reproductions is truly unmatched in aftermarket apparel. White is the only shirt color available due to the unprecedented detail and color of these original designs. Zarboy Extreme Action T-Shirts are available in adult sizes from Medium to Double-Extra Large at $15.95 per shirt. The Zarboy collection also includes several model-specific snowmobile shirts for those of us who also ride tracked vehicles. Bite This and Zarboy logo decals are also available for use on quads, trucks, tool boxes, or other appropriate surfaces. For more details and ordering information, contact Zarboys Extreme Action T-Shirt dealer Elite Motor Sports at www.elitesnow.com and go to the Zarboy Tees section or call Elite Motor Sports toll-free at 1-888-882-7133. A grand total of (12) members were able to make it to this meeting / ride. After waiting till 11:00 am for others to show, we all got onto our machines and went for a very nice and scenic ride. The trails were in great shape and not one road did we have to go on. Nothing but good trail riding. We rode for about a couple of hours and then headed back to the President s place for our cookout and meeting. Mike Bellinger and Shawn Gallagher did a fine job of cooking the dogs and burgers. Not to mention some of Ed McGrew s seasoned venison. Deb Waite made this delicious Spinach and Strawberry salad that everyone raved about. In fact, we are going to have a new section to our Newsletter called Granny s Kitchen and we will be featuring Deb s recipe in that section. We came up with Granny s Kitchen due to the fact that most of our women members are Grandma s and we are going to try and feature a new recipe each month. After we had all gotten our fill of some fine food, we started our meeting. President Miller called the meeting to order at 2:00pm on Saturday the 15 th of May. Faron read the minutes from the April meeting. You had to pay close attention, as he breezed through them with lightening speed. The motion to accept the minutes as read, with no amendments, was made by John Munson and seconded by Ed McGrew. All those present were in favor. Mike Bellinger made the motion to accept the Treasurer s Report as read and Ralph Miller seconded it. Ralph advised us that the Club s tractor needs some carburetor work. He will be looking into talking to someone in regards to getting it fixed. Faron informed us that he has someone lined up to handle painting the tractor and that should be getting done within the next week. Bill Nutting from the Pulaski Boy Scout Troop 829 has volunteered to prep and paint our tractor. He is doing this to return the favor that we did for his scouts. Awhile back we made a donation to their trailer fund and we also helped one of his boy scouts finish a project in putting some benches along the nature trail at Community Park. Mike Bellinger presented the club with a Thank-You letter from the Rivergate Wheelers for our donation to their Rescue Sled Drive. He read it to all that were present and then he passed it onto our Historian for our records. Faron showed us a sample of the New Signs that he looked into for us. Everyone agreed that they looked real good. The size and graphics were discussed and with the changes mentioned, he will then go ahead and get the signs made. Pat Miller, our Historian, informed those present that one of our members has lost a loved one. She asked if we should send them a card on behalf of the club and all those present agreed. She will be sending the family of John and Robin Wood a card from us all. Ralph asked those present if they thought the club could do a chicken barbeque to help raise some funds. John Munson filled us in on his experience in chicken barbeque and when to have one and what to sell. We then agreed to have Ralph talk to Larry Rudd to see if he would be available to cook the chicken for us either on Sunday the 1 st of August or second choice of Sunday the 15 th of August. Ralph to get back to us, with his answer, at our next club meeting / ride. Ralph will also be checking with Chuck Dimon of Ontario Tire Co. in Sandy Creek to see if we can hold our barbeque in the parking lot of his establishment. Update on the renting of sites at Brasher Falls was given. It seems that we will have to do the same as we have been doing for the past couple of years. It will cost $15 per couple, no matter how many couples you have on your site. Ralph said he would try to personally talk to these folks to see what we can do to get a one lump rental fee. He will get back to us at the next club meeting / ride. We also talked about maybe changing our weekend for going up to Brasher Falls next year. It seems we re always picking the weekend that the Jefferson County Fair is being held and we re missing out on a good showing from the club in this parade. We agreed to discuss this issue up at Brasher Falls this year. Faron handed out some pamphlets from some businesses promoting ATV s and Camping. One was in PA and one was in Canada and one was near Lowville. We also asked Faron to look into the cost of some kind of weatherproof coat / jacket, that the club members might be interested in getting. He will get back to us with some quotes from a few different places. Motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Mike Bellinger and seconded by Faron Cronk. All those present were in favor. We then got ready for our afternoon ride. We rode over to one of our members, Jack Caster and visited with him for a short while. Mr. Castor owns Castor s Sawmill and he has made some generous donations of slab wood to our club for our bridges. Be sure to thank him for helping your club.
