Mr. Brown had a very tight connection from SYD to NAN and his ticket was booked separately on a different reservation and he did not have an Australian visa. Veronica assisted him with tagging his bag through to NAN and helped him call SYD airport to check if they have a transfer counter for him to check-in for FJ and for him to obtain his boarding pass at airside. Good job Veron! And please keep up the good work! - Ms. Suzanah Taib CS Duty Manager SIN, British Airways Kathy Cher She diligently pursued the matter with the ground staff in a bid to locate the wheelchair. She persevered until it was finally reported Ms. Kathy Cher is indeed a creditable asset to SATS Ltd given her exemplary dedication to duty, her hands-on common sense, a steadfast service performance which in my opinion excelled beyond the parameter of normal airport ground staff expectations, and genuine concern for the predicament of a disabled passenger. I cannot begin to tell you how much she contributed towards making a significant difference to what was otherwise, a needless stressful, disappointing, annoying and frustrating experience at Changi Airport T3. Once the information about the flight details was received, the team sprung into action and have taken all actions to ensure that refuel and flight plan was sent to aircraft on time.
