Cinq Mondes Spa Inside the luxurious Emerald Palace Kempinski Dubai, guests will discover the sumptuous Cinq Mondes Spa, a true sanctuary of peace and wellbeing. Originally from Paris, the brand enjoys international acclaim for its spas that are ranked among the finest in the world, and are present in more than 30 countries. Located at the heart of the Palace, the enchanting décor of the spa with multiple alcoves will set the stage for a warmly intimate and bright atmosphere. Covering more than 3,000m², the spa comprises of 23 treatment rooms, including 10 luxurious private suites for couples, four traditional deep soaking Japanese wooden bathtubs and seven scrub rooms. The spa will also have two hammams (separate for ladies and gentlemen) and saunas. Designed in partnership with scientists who are also experts in traditional medicines, the treatments will offer deep regeneration of body and mind, aimed to recreate a state of perfect balance even inside skin cells. Fascinated by traditional medicines and cosmetics, Nathalie and Jean-Louis Poiroux founded the brand more than 15 years ago. They travelled around the world in search of the best Beauty Rituals of the World. Their discoveries provided the founding principles for the creation of Cinq Mondes, which has established itself as the French pioneer and specialist of treatments, massages and professional spa cosmetic products. Galina Antoniuk An internationally recognised expert in wellness, Russian native Galina Antoniuk joined Emerald Palace Kempinski Dubai team as Director of Spa and Wellness. Responsible for the Cinq Mondes Spa and the resort s extensive recreation facilities, Galina will spearhead the hotel s groundbreaking approach to wellness. Galina started her impressive career in 1998 at Ajman Kempinski Hotel and Resort as Children Activities Coordinator. After four years, she moved to Dubai taking a position as Assistant Recreation Manager at Le Royal Méridien Beach Resort and Spa. Rising up the ranks fast, by 2008 she was Complex Director of Spas responsible for Le Royal Méridien Beach Resort and Spa and Grosvenor House West Marina Hotel. As well as her native Russian, Galina speaks fluent English and Italian. She loves and has a talent for Latin American dancing. She is also an accomplished musician, often singing Italian opera and playing classical music such as Bach and Beethoven on a pianoforte. A keen traveller and photographer, she has visited more than 50 countries and always has a camera on hand to capture the local culture. Galina s many career achievements include winning Middle East s Leading Spa Resort at the World Travel Awards and joining the opening team of Emerald Palace Kempinski Dubai. Galina will lead an international team of talented spa and wellness professionals to deliver the latest and most effective solutions to all guests of the Palace. Kind, considerate and understanding, attentive to the guests needs, the therapists will provide the relaxation and serenity they seek.
Wellness and Golf Whether it is a workout to start the day or simply a chance to unwind in the sauna, the hotel s wellness centre will cater to every motivation. The airy wellness club, available 24 hours, will draw inspiration from nature, effortlessly blending sunlight and fresh, energy-boosting colours. The latest Technogym equipment, personal training and various membership options will help every guest reach their goals. Well-appointed, spacious changing rooms will offer all modern conveniences and amenities for an effortless wellness experience. A separate yoga room will offer group and individual classes.
