OVERVIEW is a sumptuous villa located a few miles away from Dartmouth and the beautiful Blackpool Sands beach (a 45 minute walk through the valley from the house). Secluded in its own grounds of three acres, amongst England's largest private olive grove, it's location is quite simply magical. Facing south, with great views down the rolling Venn valley, the space and privacy of provides a stunning location for your family, friends and colleagues, for any occasion. Designed to a luxuriously high specification, is the ideal venue for parties, weddings, birthdays, family celebrations, weekend breaks with friends, relaxing spa weekends, corporate away days, seminars and conferences. The house is fully equipped with state of the art technology, beautiful unique furnishings and all the amenities that you could possibly need. On the nearby South Devon coast, you can surf, swim, paddle board, walk, eat out and explore this fabulous part of the world. The heated outdoor pool, (15m x 6m available from May September subject to the discretion of the house), is surrounded by large deck/patio with sun loungers and alfresco furniture. You can then step up to the Canadian cedar wood hot tub which seats 10 people. There is also a heated indoor pool (13m x 5m) with its own double-width chill-out sofa as well as a changing room and shower. The Moroccan ham-mam steam room in the centre of the house seats 12. It is complete with a starlit ceiling and mood lighting. Outside, there is a newly surfaced astro-turf tennis court with its own tennis pavilion complete with fridge and viewing deck. There is table tennis in the cinema room. The house sleeps up to 16 people in eight double en suite rooms, but it is possible to arrange 4 extra pull-out beds should you need them (sleeping a maximum of 20 people in total). The individually styled bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms are clean, light and airy. The rooms have been designed with pure comfort in mind and the beds have crisp, clean linen sheets to ensure you have the best night's sleep so you will wake up relaxed and refreshed, ready to wander to the beach through the valley.
