The house has a lovely brig ht open plan living /dining room overlooking the inner marina. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two outdoor seatin g areas. Just a few moments from the house is the Events Square with a g reat choice of restaurants and The Nation al Maritime Museum Corn wall. Th e vibran t, harbourside town of Falmouth has three beaches and a thriving community of artists and talented makers, who showcase their work in the town's g alleries and boutique style shops.

Even ts square with its many restaurants and the National Maritime Museum is just a few step away, and beyond is the award winning Falmouth hig h street with lots of independent shops and cafes. There is plenty to keep you busy in the evening s with lots of award winning restaurants, lovely local pubs and bars, and The Poly which has a variety of shows and films. To keep the Children busy as well as the Maritime Museum be sure to visit Pendennis Castle, and if you fancy a day out hop on the ferry to St Mawes and visit St Mawes Castle for fabulous views over to Falmouth. The nearest beach would be Castle which has a cafe and brilliant rock pools, it also tends to be a bit quieter than the other Falmouth beaches. Further along the coast path is Gyllynvase, Swanpool and Maenporth, all of which have a cafe and watersports. Falmouth is well connected to the rest of Cornwall with most places reachable within an hour, worth visiting are the Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Helig an.

At that stage we will have collated the owner's own holiday dates and we will be in a position to ask you to confirm your reservation and pay a 30% deposit. The balance will then be due 28 days before your holiday start date. Most of the Cornish Holiday Cottages are second homes and therefore we tend to know the owner's patterns, so we will inform you immediately if we think you are unlikely to be offered your chosen week. How to check availability Our online booking system is current to the minute, so please check online to see if your desired holiday home is available or call/email us, if you prefer. Short Breaks The majority of holiday cottages within our portfolio are open for short breaks from October to Easter. The short break tariff is generally calculated at 70% of the weekly tariff for 4 nights or less, 80% for 5 or 90% for 6 nights. (Please note that we reserve the right to consult the property owner before confirming a short break How to Book (Booking is quick, easy and secure) 1. Make an online/verbal/written provisional booking. 2. To secure the booking please pay the 30% deposit, or the full rental if the booking commences within 28 days. 3. The balance is due 28 days before arrival. Reminders are not sent, but we will notify you at the time of booking, the due date for your balance. If you pay by card we will debit your card automatically on this date, so please make a note of it. 4. On receipt of the balance payment, a confirmation letter, the joining instructions and directions to the property will be sent to you. 5. Finally, turn up, kick back, relax and have a great time.
