This is especially true during the summer months when children lose much of what they learn during the school year. YMCA of Greater New York Day Camps provide high-quality summer learning initiatives that give children a variety of ways to improve reading and math skills and explore music, drama, art and sports. Through fun, themed curriculum that incorporates key academic components, children will practice and further their academic skills, learn to plan and create projects, learn teamwork and develop new skills.
