Staying all present and future proceedings in these matters for a period of thirty (30) days after entry of such order so as to permit the Varick Defendants the opportunity to retain new counsel and/or take steps they may deem necessary to protect their rights in these matters; 3. Scheduling a hearing to determine and fix the amount of legal fees and costs due and owing to Garvey Schubert Barer for purposes of establishing its retaining and charging liens; and 4. Granting any other, further and different relief as the Court deems just and proper. Sufficient reason appearing therefore, it is hereby: ORDERED that pending the hearing and determination of this application, all further proceedings in this action axe STAYED; and it is hereby further ORDERED that service of a copy of this Order by email, United States Postal Service first class mail and/or USPS priority mail and/or by overnight express delivery, together with the papers upon which it was granted, upon the Varick Defendants and upon counsel for the parties in the Consolidated Actions, on or before the day of March 2014, shall be deemed good and sufficient service.
