WELCOME TO ADELAIDE OVAL CONFERENCE AND TRADE SHOW Adelaide Oval War Memorial Drive, North Adelaide SA 5006 William Magarey Room, Level 3 River Bank Stand EXHIBITOR BUMP-IN- Tuesday, October 24 th 2017 Please ensure you use the delivery label attached at the end of this document for any items sent to the stadium. Your items will be brought to the room ready for you to set. FURNITURE, EQUIPMENT AND SET UP The below are standard items provided by the Adelaide Oval SMA: Space Allocation Please check with the conference organiser regarding the space allocated to you. 1 x Table 1.8m with black linen per exhibition 3 x Chairs per exhibition Some items may require approval by the venue so please check with your conference organiser regarding any special requirements. Please advise if you require an earlier bump in / arrival time and we will arrange for access to the venue. EXHIBITOR BUMP-OUT Friday, October 27 th 2017 Adelaide Oval staff will provide all exhibitors with a pink collection docket to attach to all deliveries that are to be collected from the Oval. We request all items are packed up and left at each stand, we will then move them to the loading dock for collection. Post event goods will be stored for up to 24 hours, after which Adelaide Oval SMA will not be held liable for any loss or damage to these goods. Upon completion of your Event, please co-ordinate collection of goods with the Supervisor. Details of the return address, along with the consignment number must be advised to the Supervisor, upon completion of the event. DISPLAYS AND REGULATIONS All displays and artwork must be contained within function space allocated to the conference. No attachment, fitting, fixture or defacement is to be made to the flooring, ceiling or walls of the venue without prior approval from the venue. You will be held responsible for any damage to walls or fixtures. Adelaide Oval will not accept responsibility for damage or loss of merchandise left in the complex after the event. No confetti, glitter or like products are to be used unless approved. Please communicate your requirements and requests to Conference Design prior to the event to avoid any issues. Any vendor using technology / handsets for recording or photography must request consent to use that material thereafter.
GOODS LIFT- SERVICE LIFT FROM GROUND LEVEL TO L3 WESTERN STAND Dimensions: Weight allowance: Door opening 2500mm wide x 2400mm high (size of lift internally 6250mm wide x 3000mm deep) 4000kg INTERNET ACCESS Adelaide Oval offers complimentary WI-FI for delegates. To access your complimentary Wi-Fi, browse for wireless networks and connect to Adelaide Oval. Once connected, you will be redirected to the login page. From here, click Self-Registration and enter your details on the next page. You will be provided a username and password which will also be emailed to you. Hit the Return to Login button and enter these credentials, you will now be connected with your free Wi-Fi. SECURITY There is 24 hour security on site however should you wish to organise extra security allocated to your event it is an additional charge of $45.00 per hour, per guard for a minimum of four hours. Whilst every reasonable precaution is taken by Adelaide Oval and the organisers, the venue will not be held responsible for any loss, injury to persons, or damage to property incurred during the Trade Show. It is the responsibility of persons bringing equipment, fittings or materials into the Adelaide Oval to insure themselves and their equipment, fittings or materials against damage, loss or injury. HOUSEKEEPING There are bathrooms throughout the venue; toilets closest to the Trade Show Area are located either side of the William Magarey Room. Smoking is permitted outside the Stadium, ground floor on the Telstra Plaza. Smoking is not permitted on balconies or other exits.
Delivery Information All deliveries need to come via the Loading Dock between 7:30am to 3:30pm. Please enter off War Memorial Drive (past the Tennis Centre, take the slip lane on the left, approach the roller door, press the intercom button to our Security Office. Security will raise the roller door, then drive down to the Loading Dock. If you have any queries on the day please call Security on 8211 1199). Once in the venue if you have any questions, your contact person will be our Event Supervisor contactable on 0455 500 690. Approach the Adelaide Oval via Montefiore Road turning into War Memorial Drive. Enter slip-lane in front of the Tennis Centre on War Memorial Drive and use the Intercom to contact Security. You will be directed down the ramp into the basement of the Adelaide Oval. NOTE: The Adelaide Oval Basement is a shared traffic zone with a strict speed limit in place of 10 kph. Listen to the instructions given via security and when authorised to enter, exercise caution driving down the ramp. DO NOT ENTER WITHOUT AUTHORISATION.
