A Quick Guide - How to Request Owner/Manager Meetings To request Owner/Managers meetings, login to the Virtuoso Events site and click your name or Photo. On the left and under your photo, click My Meetings. Once you selected My Meetings, you might need to need to scroll down if you have registered for other Virtuoso Events prior to Virtuoso Travel Week Global. Note, My Meetings is not tied to the 4-minute and 10-minute appointment tables. When you reach 2016 Virtuoso Travel Week Global, click on View Meeting Requests to request, accept, decline, view, and manage all your meetings. Who do you want to meet with? Choose from, Anytime Meetings Search for any attendee at Virtuoso Travel Week and find a corresponding time and set a location for the meeting. Click Go under the type of meeting to return a list of meetings. The name or company may be entered but not required. Virtuoso Department Meetings Search for specific Virtuoso department meetings. Locations will be included in your agenda once the meeting is accepted. Most meetings will take place in the Bellagio meeting space and some will be at Aria. Cruise Café Search for a specific cruise line. All Cruise Café appointments will be at Vdara.

A Quick Guide - How to Request Owner/Manager Meetings continued The list of meetings will be returned and it is based on the attendee s Virtuoso region. This example if displaying meetings for US and Canada members. Note, the Creative Services and Virtuoso Reserve meetings will not appear. These are being held at the Brilliant Bar and no appointment is necessary. Select a meeting Click on the meeting name to display a list of days and times that match your schedule. Select a meeting host Once a meeting is selected, the meeting host and available times will appear at the bottom of the list. Select a meeting time Click on the time to request the meeting. There might be times when there are no mutual times available. Include other participants? Once the meeting time has been selected, you may include other participants from your office. Note, some meetings only allow for two attendees. Write a subject and message for the invitation Send the meeting request Click Request Meeting to send the meeting request or Never Mind, Start Over to go back to Select a Meeting Meetings are requested and managed through the Virtuoso Events site. Emails are sent to/from attendees requesting, accepting, or declining the meeting (plus any other messages). The email sender is events@virtuoso.com be sure check your spam/junk mail folders. You may also view messages on the Virtuoso Event site once you are logged in. If you have unopened messages, look for the envelope icon with a number to indicate you have messages.
