Terms & Conditions Cancellations & Refunds In the event that the Exhibitor wishes to cancel their registration, Exhibitor may make a written request and Conference Management may grant a cancellation, provided: (i) Conference Management is not required to refund any portion of monies previously paid, or (ii) if Exhibitor s cancellation request is received before the final cancellation date (April 15, 2017). After that date, we are obligated and so are you. Official Conference suppliers may have different cancellation policies. Please consult with each supplier for terms and conditions. Transfer or Change of Registration If Exhibitor requests a transfer or change of their registration, Conference Management will use its reasonable best efforts to accommodate the Exhibitor. All transfers and changes must be requested in writing and addressed to Jack Eyer at jack@relaxitshandled.com. All transfers and/or requests must be received before April 15, 2017. After that date, no transfers or changes to Exhibitor registration can be made. Liability Neither AL SHRM, Relax It s Handled nor any of its agents or representatives will be responsible for any injury, loss or damage that may occur to Exhibitor or Exhibitor s property, from any cause whatsoever. The rights of AL SHRM or the administration of Relax It s Handled shall not be deemed waived at any time. Solicitation-at-Large Exhibitors are prohibited from distributing literature, souvenirs or other items outside their assigned booth area unless Exhibitor has obtained Conference Management s prior written approval. Exhibit Tear Down To ensure the integrity of the Conference schedule, Exhibitors may not begin tearing down their booths until after the scheduled close of the Exhibit Hall at 5pm on Wednesday, May 17 th. The Conference Management is not responsible for exhibit materials not removed by 6:01 p.m. on Wednesday, May 17 th, and the Convention Center will dispose of exhibit materials remaining after that time, unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance. Other Matters All matters not expressly covered in the Agreement are subject to the reasonable decision of the Conference Management, whose decision shall be final. 7
