I, of BY LAW No. 17-57 The Corporation of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville A BY-LAW TO AMEND SCHEDULE A TO BY-LAW 15-50 AS AMENDED, BEING A BY LAW TO REGULATE THE OPERATION OF ALL-TERRAIN, MULTI-PURPOSE OFF-ROAD UTILITY AND RECREATIONAL OFF-ROAD VEHICLES ON ROADS UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE UNITED COUNTIES OF LEEDS AND GRENVILLE WHEREAS By-law 15-50 to Regulate the Operation of All-Terrain, Multi-Purpose Off-Road Utility and Recreational Off-Road Vehicles on Roads Under the Jurisdiction of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville was passed October 22, 2015; and WHEREAS it is deemed desirous to amend Schedule A to include the following seven additional sections on County Roads 2, 15, 18, 34 and 44: County Road 44 from Hyndman Road heading north to Porter Road County Road 44 from Crowder Road heading north-west to Drummond s Gas Bar in Spencerville County Road 21 from Glen Small Road unmaintained road allowance heading west to unmaintained road allowance County Road 19 from Skakum Road to Weir Road County Road 1 5 (Augusta) from Branch Road to Creekside Diner County Road 34 from Cunningham Side Road to County Road 2 County Road 2 from County Road 34 into the Town of Gananoque NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE UNITED COUNTIES OF LEEDS AND GRENVILLE HEREBY ENACT AS FOLLOWS: 1. THAT the attached Schedule A be inserted to amend By-law No. 1 5-50 to Regulate the Operation of All-Terrain, Multi-Purpose Off-Road Utility and Recreational Off-Road
of All- Terrain, Multi-Purpose Off-Road Utility and Recreational Off-Road Vehicles on Roads under the Jurisdiction of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenvile Vehicles on Roads under the Jurisdiction of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville. 2. THAT any by-laws or parts of by-laws contrary to or inconsistent with this by-law are hereby repealed. 3. THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of its passing.
