Regulatory Signs BY PERMIT ONLY Rb-93 Maximum Signs Sign Manufacturing Policy Aluminum signs having a side 60cm or larger are made from.080 5052-H38 tempered aluminum with a minimum of 255 mpa. (mpa - modules of elasticity). A mill certificate is available upon request. Aluminum signs having both sides smaller than 60cm are made from.063 5052-H32 tempered aluminum. All aluminum is acid etched and allodined. Steel signs are made from 16 gauge galvanized or satin coat with a minimum weight of 2.656 lbs per sq. ft. All materials used for the face of the signs are 3M products and a 3M Sign Fabricator Certificate is available confirming our current status as a qualified manufacturer. Engineer grade signs come with a 7 year warranty. High Intensity signs come with a 10 year warranty.
