Students will be met by home stays at 3pm and taken home. If any home stays cannot make pick up our staff will drop them home. Monday July 2 English and Melbourne Museum 9am-12.30pm Welcome, orientation and English Class at the University of Melbourne 12.30=1.15pm Lunch 1.15-4.00pm Melbourne Museum: Walk through the land of the dinosaurs See the worlds largest living mammal, follow the footsteps of Charles Darwin or explore the Australia areas. This Museum is a wonderful place for all to explore. Saturday July 7 Great Ocean Road tour day 2 9am depart for Loch Ard Gorge with time to fully explore the beach and this amazing and spectular geological area. Monday July 16 Australian Outback and Countryside 7.00am Depart Melbourne to Canberra 9.30am Seymour and we are out of the city and passing farm land and mountains. 11.45-12.30pm Stop for lunch in a country town call Wangaratta 2.00pm Time for games in the park. Try soccer, volleyball or just relax. Or go climb a submarine! 3.30pm Enjoy a stop at the Dog on the Tuckerbox in Gundagai 5pm Canberra and we enjoy a nice dinner at a Vietnamese restaurant 6.30pm Check into our hotel for a well earned rest. Tuesday July 17 China town Canberra tour: Parliament House, Sydney 9am Depart our hotel to Parliament House 9.30-10.30am Take a tour of Australia s largest building and enjoy the great views from the top over Canberra 11.30am-12.30 Past the War Museum and time for lunch in Dickson where there are many types of Asian food 2.30pm Stop in the NSW country side 5pm-late Arrive in our largest city Sydney and we go to China town for dinner to enjoy this famous part of Sydney Wednesday July 18 Sydney Opera House and Manly Ferry 9am-11am Depart our hotel for the world famous Sydney Opera House. Enjoy exploring and taking photos with this icon of Australia 11.30am-3.pm Take the Manly ferry across Sydney Harbour to Manly with its two famous beaches and great shops. A great place for lunch and looking at the surf beach 4.00pm-5.00pm Enjoy the Rocks the historic waterfront of Sydney 6.pm-7pm China town for dinner 7.00-8pm We go down to enjoy the view of the opera house at night. 9am Depart hotel for the famous blue Mountains 11am-12 Enjoy a bushwalk to enjoy the magnificent views of Wentworth Falls 12.30-1.30pm Lunch in Katoomba the historic and largest town in the Blue Mtns 2.00-3.30pm Take the Scenic Railway deep into the rainforest, enjoy a short walk in the world heritage rain forest and then take a cable car back up the mountain. 4.00pm Enjoy the view of the famous Three Sisters across a vast mountain panorama. 6pm Back to Sydney for dinner Friday July 20 Madame Tusseuds, Darling Harbour and Bondi 9am Depart hotel for Sydney Aquarium 9.30-11am Enjoy time with world famous celebreties such as Brad Pitt, Taylor Swift, Barack Obama and Justin Bieber (exact models do change from time to time) 11am-12 Wander Darling Harbour with time to explore Paddy s Market (alternatively time for shopping in the Pitt St Mall) 12.30-2.30 Explore Australia s most famous beach: Bondi Beach. Saturday July 21 Australian Outback and Countryside 7.00am-8pm Depart Sydney to Gold Coast We stop every 2 hours on o ur journey to the Gold Coast. Through Australian countryside with time for volley ball and/or soccer in the afternoon stop. We arrive in the Gold Coast in the evening. Sunday July 22 wk 4 Albert River Farm and Curtis Falls 9am Depart our accommodation to Albert River Farm 10am 11.30am Enjoy watching the sheep dog show and try whip cracking 11.30am-12.30 Enjoy lunch at the farm in their restaurant which is very popular for weddings 1-2pm Curtis Falls in World Heritage rainforest. A short walk where the air is so fresh and the forest so lush and green. Stop in the NSW country side 2.30pm-3.30pm Arrive in our largest city Sydney and we go to China town for dinner to enjoy this famous part of Sydney 3.30-4.30pm Galleria Walk with its village shops selling home made ice cream fudge, crafts and much more. Tuesday July 24 University of Queensland, river cruise and Australian steak 7.20am Depart our accommodation for the University of Queensland 9am 12.30am English class at the University of Queensland 11.30am-12.30 Enjoy lunch at the farm in their restaurant which is very popular for weddings 1.15-2.15pm River cruise down the Brisbane River to New Farm short walk where the air is so fresh and the forest so lush and green. Stop in the NSW country side 2.15-3.15pm Relax in a big park with ball games or frisbee or just sit by the riverarrive in our largest city Sydney and we go to China town for dinner to enjoy this famous part of Sydney 5.00-6.00pm Enjoy an Australian steak chips and salad at a traditional Irish Pub 6.00-7.00pm Enjoy some free time in Surfers Paradise at night. Wednesday July 25 Uni of Queensland and Wet n Wild Theme Park 7.20am Depart our accommodation for the University of Queensland 9am 11.30am English class at the University of Queensland. Certificate presentation 1-4pm Wet n Wild theme park with water slides of all shapes and sizes 1.15-2.15pm so 5.30-6.30pm Dinner locally and relax together tonight Thursday July 26 Movie World 9.00am Depart to Movieworld 9.30am-4.00pm Enjoy Movieworld with an incredible Movie Set stunt show and many roller coasters and rides. A lot of fun for all. Look out for your favourite super hero characters and villains. See how many rides you can try and enjoy the parade. 5.00-6.30pm Surfers Paradise: the heart of the Gold Coast with its famous beaches and time to explore the local shops where there are many choices for dinner. Friday July 27 Bbq shopping and last night 9am-11am Depart our hotel for a water front park. 11.30am-2.00pm Enjoy a barbecue together (weather permitting) and relax with some games and the nearby pool or beach.
