UNITED TRANSPORT-LOGISTICS COMPANY (UTLC) 4 2 United transport-logistics company (UTLC) was created by railway administrations of the Eurasian economic union countries, and is focused on implementation of the transit potential of national transport systems of Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus. In 2016 the container traffic increased 2 times in comparison to 2015, and reached 100 thousand TEU s.
