Our collections are categorised as follows: Frame Tents Bold and beautiful, custom-designed and highly decorative interiors. All your guests will immediately want to get out there and throw some moves on the dance floor. Can be erected on a hard surface as well as grass. Pearl Tents Stunning white canvas structures with elegant, white interiors and Moghul-style white canvas architecture; exuding an atmosphere of timelessness. Our Pearl Tents tower above most other structures and are suitable for grass erection. Stretch Tents Extremely flexible structures capable of covering multiple-level gardens, as well as trees and other features, which can rarely otherwise be incorporated into the party space. They can either have an ultra-contemporary feel or be draped, lit, and decorated to add maximum drama and detail. Pole Tents Traditional vintage tents with rope and pole features, centre-poles and canvas exteriors; which can be erected on grass and have a soft, natural uncomplicated feel to them. Glamping Our complementary range of on-site-camping options mean your guests can be accommodated closer to the action: Bell Tents - Extremely economical and can be embellished and adorned with beautiful fabrics, for the complete glamping experience; or left blank for your guests to bring their own bedding. Bridal Boudoirs - Miniature versions of the Frame Tent Collection that can be decorated with all the same sumptuous interiors. Frame Tents The Frame Tent Collection is our most flexible and popular collection of structures and is available with 9 different interior options to choose from, so you can set the tone of your event perfectly to suit the occasion. In addition to the choice of interior options, the structures can be erected on hard-standing and paved areas as well as grass and are wind-tested to 55mph. They are constructed with a champagne coloured polyester-coated exterior, which is extremely weatherproof and completely impenetrable to UV rays; making them considerably cooler than standard marquees in summer. Due to the thickness of the exterior fabric, they are also much warmer in winter. The aluminium frame is hidden between the exterior and the highly decorative interior linings.
Frame Tent structures are available in the following sizes: 3m x 3m 4.5m x 4.5m 6m x 6m 6m x 9m 9m x 9m 9m x 18m 9m x 27m 9m x 36m 9m x 45m They have a 7ft wall height and can be inter-connected to create different looking rooms within the same event. We have experimented with many unique layouts and combinations of interiors and now have a stock of interesting arrangements and practical ways to join the marquees together. This flexible system makes it much easier to fit more marquees into a tight space. They are excellent for making the most of quirkily shaped gardens which may not usually be suitable for a standard garden party or a clear-span marquee. PEARL Tents Our Pearl Tent Collection consists of stunning white canvas structures measuring from 6m x 6m to 12m x 36m. These structures can accommodate up to 250 guests for a seated wedding reception with a dance floor and reception and bar areas. They are the largest structures in the collection and are available with both a frame design (for a clear floor space inside the structure) or pole tent design (with attractive wooden centre-poles). All the structures feature a graceful 1-metre veranda section around their perimeters and have flat white interiors to highlight the simplicity of their stunning architectural form. This creates a graceful atmosphere full of light and space. They are made in the UK from the finest white canvas and are both waterproof and fireproof. Each component is made using the highest quality materials and the structures adhere to strict British Safety Standards and have been wind-tested up to 50mph.

The standard lighting package consists of programmable LED up-lighters around the walls and flood lights in the ceiling. As with the rest of the selection, additional fairy lighting, draping and interesting hanging décor such as pompoms and Chinese lanterns can be added into these tents according to the occasion. We can also work together with you to create a 3D plan of how this will look when erected. The Lulu and Dana tents can also have additional add-ons 6m x 4m areas connected to the sides which make intimate rooms for bars, stages or lounge areas and the 12m x 3m Picco extension creates an even larger veranda area, ideal for reception or after-dinner seating. 33 lulu pearl Pearl Tent Collection The Lulu Pearl comes in two sizes - 12m x 12m and 10.5m x 10.5m. The larger size can accommodate 200 standing guests or 110 with dining seating and extends to and 14m x 14m including the veranda over-hang and requires 16m x 16m of clear space in which to pitch it. The 10.5m x 10.5m version can accommodate 150 standing guests or 100 for a dinner-dance and extends to 12.5m x 12.5m including the veranda and requires 14.5m x 14.5m in total to be pitched.

pole Tents Pole Tents are traditional canvas tents with centre-poles in the middle to create height, wooden poles around the edge to support the walls, and ropes and stakes around the edge to give strength. They have a soft, rustic look to them and can be set up on grass sites and are available either with flat white interiors or lined with our silvery-blue block-printed Cornish Cream design. Pole Tent structures are available in the following sizes: 6m x 10m 12m x 12m 12m x 18m 12m x 24m 12m x 30m 12m x 36m 12m x 42m Canvas pole tents have a traditional charm about them and are supported with wooden poles around the perimeter of the walls with cotton ropes and pretty finials to complete the look. As with the rest of the structures, they can be used in conjunction with clear walls around the edge to maximise the setting and views and have the most rustic styling of all the tents in the collection. Our pole tents come with either a flat white interior or a Cornish Cream one and are stand-alone measuring 6m x 10m, 12m x 12m, 12m x 18m and 12m x 24m. The largest version of these tents can accommodate up to 200 dining guests comfortably, including space for a dance floor, reception area and bar.

stretch Tents These marquees can quite literally stretch over any space, creating unique party areas out of patios and gardens where normal marquees wouldn t be possible to erect. These free-form structures are ideal if you think that a marquee wouldn t be possible within a garden or space as they cover areas no other tent can cover! They are the most organic of structures aesthetically and are made from a triple-ply high-tech neoprene fabric which is given form by a selection of different length poles to create the height and walls. Once staked, pegged and erected, they are extremely strong structures capable of withstanding the most extreme conditions. Bushes and trees (up to 3.5m), gazebos, walls and different levels pose no problems as the structures can be connected to buildings using eyebolts or alternatively used as stand-alone structures if preferred. Stretch Tents come in a variety of different sizes and can cover almost any area imaginable. They are the perfect choice if you have a small garden that needs to be completely covered to maximise the space or is made up of multiple levels. Stretch Tents can simply fly over any space incorporating all the features into the party area and giving a real Inside/Outside feel.
The smallest of these tents measures 3m x 4m and the biggest 20m x 30m with a huge range of size options in-between. It is also possible to inter-connect them to create a multitude of different shapes and options for covering almost any eventuality. The structures themselves have the most contemporary feel of any in the collection with smooth lines and space-age exteriors. However, for clients who would like to bring colour and texture to the blank canvas, our draping team can add swags of jewel-coloured silks or soft white voile to the interiors. Clearspan Marquees Clearspan marquees are the traditional marquee structures that most of us are familiar with and have made it into our collection because sometimes because of practical or budgetary reasons what is needed for an event is a smart, square, practical box of a marquee. However, don t let their ordinary exteriors put you off as it s what s inside that counts, and with our interior transformation team they don t stay ordinary for long! With the ability to be set up on almost any surface and with a wide span of up to a 15m width - with an almost infinite length which is easily extendable in 3m increments, these clearspan structures are large and practical and can be lined with a flat white interior, and overlaid with soft draping for a simple, elegant look.
However, for a bolder more colourful backdrop, the interiors used in our frame tent collection can be used to completely transform the inside of the structure to look just like our Frame Tent collection with custom-made clearspan linings. 55 clearspan marquees Introduction

glamping There s no need to curtail the party unnecessarily if your guests (up to 150 of them) can camp in comfort nearby in a Bell Tent village or, for an extra-special experience, one of our themed Bridal Boudoirs. All the tents come with either a ground sheet or coir flooring and lighting (battery operated lanterns and fairy lights) as standard. The beds are composed of thick and comfortable cotton-stuffed mattresses with a sheet, covered duvet, feather pillow and colourful bedspread to ensure the best night s sleep possible. Bell Tents Five metres in diameter, our bell tents can sleep up to 6 people in each, although we recommend 4 people with space for luggage etc. They can be floored with rugs, furnished with bedside tables and lanterns, and supplied with cushions for lounging inside or out. Bridal Boudoirs Our bridal boudoirs are definitely the most sumptuous of the glamping experiences. These highly decorative miniature versions of our frame tent collection create the most luxurious environment possible for a camping experience.

78 Extras flooring options Cream coir carpet gives a natural floor feel and works with all our pale interiors. The tents are floored with coir carpet as standard which can be upgraded to a firm cassette floor which is then covered with one-off carpet (Cream is most people s preference, however a wide variety of other colours are available). Red coir carpet gives a striking flooring which matches well with all the darker interiors. For slightly uneven sites, we would suggest using cassette flooring and carpet to even out the ground and in cases of severe slopes we will arrange scaffolding to elevate the tent from the uneven ground below.

Ducted and thermostatically controlled gas and diesel heaters ensure the tents stay warm, even during winter events.
85 Extras catering tents Catering tents are floored with coir matting and lit with fluorescent lights as standard and are available from 3m x 3m to 9m x 18m. Trestle tables, power sockets, hard flooring and outdoor lighting are all available as add-ons when required.
