We estimate the booth size to be 10 x10. Entertainment Enterprises can provide you with a tent that size. You can call them to order at 216-486-0702. They put the tent up and take it down after the event. There is a rental feel. We have also seen great 10x10 tents at both Target and Dick s for nominal prices of about $100.00. This is similar to the fee Rental charges and is only a one time expense. The choice is yours. Tents make a big difference in bad weather. We require that you provide all the necessary extension cords and hoses that may be needed to operate your booth. It is imperative that you be very specific about your electrical/water requirements when completing the attached form. We will not be held responsible for needs that were not requested. Set up will take place Thursday evening and Friday before 4:00 pm. It is critical that booths be ready to go on Friday at 5:00 pm. If this is a problem, you will need to notify us of that prior to the weekend. All booths are assigned based on a priority of returning vendors and then on a first come, first serve basis. The key is to return your registration quickly. We try very hard to keep things unique. If you are new to our event and concerned about possible duplication, please contact a committee member below. We try to be reasonable in all our accommodations. Attached you will find our registration form as well as our booth regulations.
