This agreement is governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. You will have to irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. In the interpretation of these conditions, no rules of construction will apply to the disadvantage of any party on the basis that that party drafted that condition.
